Hungry Jack's Burgers Keperra — Restaurant in Brisbane City

21/8/22: UPDATE. We ordered through MenuLog the other night. We had a 20 pack of chicken pops, a couple of grill masters burgers, and a chips. One burger and the chips were fine, but the pops only came with 17 pieces, and my grill masters burger (that was $14.20) that was advertised with two pieces of tomato, two pieces of bacon, and a decent heap of lettuce, came with one piece of tomato, one piece of bacon, and almost no lettuce. Not sure if this Hungry Jacks is aware that the lettuce shortage is over, because the amount was nothing short of a pinch. Was really disappointed with this order and it left me hungry with how much was missing from my burger and the chicken pops.

Have only ordered from here via MenuLog, but they are very good at getting burger changes correct. My partner cannot have mayo and we usually have issues with other places failing to leave the mayo off, but every order from this Hungry Jacks has had his burger correct. Their cheesy chips could use an 'overloaded cheesy chips' option though, as I would like them with extra cheese sauce but the option...

UPDATE To the store manager: Please take everyone’s feedback on board?? I just went and gave your drive thru one last shot for lunch today and it was an absolute shambles. Literally all bays full, multiple cars driving around confused as to where to park that’s visible to your staff. Waited about 15 minutes to receive cold food wondering if my car would even be spotted. It’s just ridiculous. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. Do better.

It’s disappointing every single time being told to wait in the waiting bay for very simple orders, and even with no cars behind queuing. Quite often too the two waiting bay spaces are already occupied as well, so there are 3 or 4 cars parked waiting. It’s just really strange, is it for the store metrics so it looks like you’re serving people quickly and performing well? I never experience this anywhere else aside...

Was in there on the 21st November 2018 around 11:30am. Honestly the best hungry jacks experience I’ve ever had. I had almost given up on the chain as I usually receive sloppy cold food and poor service and dirty restaurant. This was very far from it all the staff on at this time were absolutely incredible for HJ staff and the restaurant was immaculate and up to date. Even down to the guy at the register telling us that there would be a 3 minute wait on a part of your order before we finalised it and checked if that was ok. Asked if we wanted our ice cream after our mains. If you are the owner or manager of this store please congratulate yourselves and your staff that were on in this shift.
