Hungry Jack's Burgers Wynnum Plaza — Restaurant in Brisbane City

So there are frequent issues at the drive through. The incompetence of their speed is second to none however parking people to try and make up for this is disgraceful. It is well known this is just a cheat to hit their KPIs not to improve customer service. This morning was so bad it was actually funny. Waiting in the line for approx 10mins, then another full 10 mins at the window after that 10 mins asked to park. When questioned why and how long was told it would be another 5 mins. I said it has been long enough and asked again why it was not ready the crew person ( said they were the manager) offered a refund or to park. I said I was quite ok where I was as it had been long enough. The manager repeated the options offered no other explanation and then threatened to call the police. After I finished laughing I said that was fine. As the manager is repeating the options I can literally see the other girl bringing my food. I said that was about 30 seconds the manager told me to go away….. exemplary customer service. I will happily park if needed but after 20 mins for a single breakfast item when there was one other car in front not going to happen. At no point did I raise my voice or swear. Is this the worst Hungry Jacks, or are they all this disorganised? I have been there several times over the last year, each time hoping that they will improve their service, thinking that what I have experienced has been an aberration. Alas, the last time I went was as bad, if not worse. That was my last visit. Every time I have been there, there has been a minimum of 15 minutes wait - even when first in the queue - (pretty terrible for a "fast food" outlet). The order has often been incorrect, but, of course, by the time I reach home, it is too late to do anything about it. The last visit takes the cake...a very simple order of 5 x boneless chicken pieces with dipping sauce, and a junior whopper. I checked (very quickly) the bag when I finally received it, and there were 2 x items inside. I (stupidly) assumed that the dipping sauce would be in the box with the chicken pieces. More fool me...of course it wasn't. The current advertising blitz for the crunchy chicken pieces should be banned immediately as false and misleading. What I received was dried, manky and decidedly tough pieces of what I sincerely hope was chicken. It could have been anything, really, as there was no flavour to it. The Junior Whopper was a pretty tired old...

The place was Reilly dirty 8 dtaff behind counter all with there backs to customers all while talking the otjer lady in the store had waited 20 mins for order which had Been make but all the kid's behind tbe3 counter couldn't work it out as to where it went I knew as I enteted the3 store an uber driver was exiting the store with two bags I overhaul him say that he was only after 1 bag but was given 2 free food was his comment to whoever was on the phone Questions as to where food answered No one seemed to be in charge when i asked for the table to be cleaned they all looked like a deer In headlights I stared my meal as it was around 6/6.30 I wanted to eat so I could watch the lions play on the TV as I was finishing a gf 4 teenagers entered sat down and proceeded to put their feet up on the table with shoes on there was friendly banter between staff and them curious how hungry jacks has such low standards nowadays I have photos to prove all of this one visit before this wasn't any better I will drive to canno ...
