I would have rated it 0, if there was the option; haven't had such poor customer service in a very long time. The price was way too over for the product as well.

I went in to ordered in to order a cake for birthday, has asked if they could do a pink coloured cream instead of the standard white, I also mentioned that I am happy to pay for extra's. They instantly replied they dont do anything out of the norm but for a $100 bucks, I am sure they can do better than that and its not something crazy that I even asked for but its understandable since its their choice of product. However, the thing that get me annoyed is the person serving me actually told me that the cake has a pink base in the voice tone as in I am colour blind that I couldnt see and guess what! the whole thing was white, not a speck of pink to be spotted. Not to mentioned that you can only pick 1 fruit filling for a fruit cake? most bakery would offer more choice than that. Since, I have gone through the trouble of picking the fruits, I asked them whats the cost of extra fruit choice, they keep on repeating there will be an extra charge. $1 is extra $100 can also be an extra, at this point, I pretty much feel like this whole place is a scam. My friend collected the cake for me while I waited in the carpark as I really dont want to go back there but the latter didnt work out as when I ordered the cake, it stated that the cake included cutleries with it but they didnt give it my friend so turned out I need to head back and asked for it. I questioned them why didnt they have the cutlery provided and they didnt even apologise for it and told me I should have asked for it in the first place. I was in completed shocked when I hear their response.

As for quality of the cake, its just a standard chiffon cake with fresh cream. I wouldnt even rate it as good as the cream was melting when I collected it and the fact that they didnt even cut off the top and bottom base of the cake makes it rather dry. Yes, the cake is not sweet and because of it, it was also tasteless. The base is plain, the cream is plain not to mentioned that the colour was also plain. Paid $60 for a very small cake I ordered for my husband's birthday last year. We had a lockdown birthday celebration due to Covid so I wanted to have something special. The service was terrible. I spent $59 on bread and asked the boss if there was any free gift for a full purchase. A box of three mini meat floss biscuits cost $18, which was unreasonable. The boss lady was very impatient throughout the process. I reminded her to separate the packaging and give it to others, but she was very rude and threw everything into the bag, not taking us seriously at all.
