I was the only customer at the counter when purchasing a coffee this morning, and despite saying twice that I had a membership and wanted to use it, the male staff member ignored me after taking my order in two seconds and walked away, and he was no more than one meter away when I made the requests. Thankfully, a female staff member, who was much more helpful, came to the counter from farther away to assist me with logging in my membership— even she heard me. The male staff member might want to improve his customer service—or acting skills—as pretending not to hear me in such a small space wasn’t very convincing. It’s not unusual for some people to receive warmer treatment, but it’s frustrating that the rest of us have to endure being ignored. If I were part of his favored group, perhaps I would’ve received a 'have a good one,' just like the customers before...

I just paid $5.80 for a chai latte and wondered why it took 20 seconds to make. I just got a cup of warm milk. Super unimpressed considering it’s the last day before midsem break and I was the only one with an order so it’s not like they were busy. Also unhappy that the three staff on were more concerned with fixing the stores music than taking and making orders, with the girl taking my order being interrupted by colleagues multiple times to fix the speaker. MarketCart cuts the wraps in half, then hides the huge gap underneath this cardboard strap with the company sticker on it to deceive customers. The actual wrap is more akin to the two tiny ends of a wrap. They charge eleven dollars for this.

Unacceptable. Worse, there was a root with soil on it in my wrap. Just bottom of the barrel. Don't give this place your money until they stop shamelessly...
