AVOID. The star ratings are not accurate. Drove out there from Stafford to try and find a decent fish & chip shop, because there is none around stafford. 4.6 stars on google reviews, so we thought must be pretty good than. 1st issue - we ordered two Grill’d pieces of barramundi which actually was not barramundi, but a cheaper fish (COD). It was very obvious to, that the fish was battered before going on the grill, so they had tried to scrape all the batter off and cook it. That’s just dodgy as. Both pieces where also not cooked properly. 2nd - calamari not cooked properly. We couldn’t eat it, was so under cooked. 3rdly - no customer service at all. No hello when walking in the shop, no goodbye when leaving.

I've been watching a lot of "F**k that's Delicious" on Viceland lately with my girlfriend. Last night we saw an episode that had Action Bronson eating Seafood. This instantly made my girlfriend hungry for Seafood, so we looked for a place nearby on Google Maps. After seeing the reviews, we thought we should give this place a try.

Was really happy with how quickly the food was prepared. I weigh roughly 300kg, so you can imagine the amount of food we ordered. It was out in 5 minutes!! Outstanding. Very impressive. The staff working were friendly and approachable. I feel like I could trust these people even though I just met them.

The price of food here is extremely fair. You get more than what you pay for and the Poutine chips were simply delicious.

Ordered in house on a Friday night. Was admittedly busy. Waited for ages and when I asked on the status, they couldn't find my order. Then another customer with a similar order came back complaining his burger wasn't chicken. They had given him my order. Then they had the cheek to charge him extra. Then I waited an eon for the replacement meal. When about to ask for a refund, it turned up. No apologies, just a, ' Thanks for waiting'. I will not return. I accept mistakes are made, but as I had an angry hungry wife and child who have just complained that the chips aren't nice, a bad review is what I have lodged rather than a refund request.
