Brookside Shopping Centre — Local services in Brisbane City

Brookside boasts a good range of retail outlets in a medium sized centrally located shopping complex. Brookside although a bit dated has a modern and pleasant atmosphere. It contains a vast range of well known and loved big name retail shopping outlets and specialty stores all in one place with easy access from both sides of the complex. It has above ground and basement parking areas. On site car detailing facilities. Plenty of disabled parking spots with easy wheelchair access to all entrances. BCC Buses stop directly in front of the Shopping Centre for those who do not drive or wish to. It has public toilet facilities. The center has a spacious food court area, coffee shops and an assortment of food vendors. Plenty of in complex seating at various locations to rest those tired feet. It also has a Australia Post Office, hairdressers, assortment of clothing outlets, medical, QML and optometry services are also located on site. Banking, jewelry, liquor and supermarket outlets for all of your shopping or gift requirements. It has everything that you would expect to find in a medium sized shopping center. As I work locally, I do quite a lot of shopping here on a regular basis. I have personally observed with current Covid 19 restrictions in effect, Brookside outlets do adhere to social distancing and preventive protocols. You can shop here with a high degree of confidence. Please note that I have rated Brookside at four stars only because there are larger and more modern multi level shopping complexes on the North Side of Brisbane if this is your thing? Plenty of parking underground with escalators to take you into the centre. It's also has above ground parking, both areas have senior,disability and parent with pram's parking, that are all nice and close to the entrance. This centre has heaps of shops without walking forever to see them all. It has a range of great clothing stores like cotton on, loara Jane, Tkmax, City beach and rockmans and other boutiques and many more I have not mentioned. To be honest you are spoilt for choice. Shoe stores, bag stores and 2 supermarkets a Woolworths and a Coles. It has a brand new Target and Big W, a Bargain store. Brookside has a chemist and a doctor surgery inside beside each other, which is handy for filling your prescriptions. Newsagents and plenty of coffee shops/cafes at both ends of the centre. It has a book shop a lowes a few banks, a Bank of Queeensland a Commonwealth bank a Suncorp and a Westpac and a heritage bank which are all manned banks. There is a sports store and a Robins kitchen. It also has an Opsm and a Spec savers for anyone looking for glasses. Has a couple of jewelry stores.a post office and a eatery for a great lunch nice and close to one of the best barbershop called Aldos u will find a health food shop near Coles. A butchers and a great bakery. Plenty of places to get your eyebrows or manicures done or even a massage. Plenty of seating to seat and rest while in between stores.
