Shockingly disappointing.
Numerous issues that reflect a severe lack of responsibility and professionalism in how this location is run.
Staff Member on His Phone While Handling Food One of the most concerning aspects was seeing a young man making burgers while frequently using his phone. The complete disregard for basic food safety and hygiene was crazy. Watching him alternate between phone use and food preparation with no care in the world for hand washing was unacceptable. Such careless behavior is not only unprofessional but a clear health risk.
Incompetent Management Response I raised my concerns with a staff leader named "Kiome?" who claimed to be the staff manager? When I asked if she was in charge, she seemed genuinely unsure!' and stated that this wasn’t her regular store, adding that some staff were in training. Her response indicated a complete lack of accountability, and she seemed unable or unwilling to address any of the the issues I spoke with her about. Kiome mentioned that her boss, Hayley—who I assume is the owner—only visits occasionally.
The lack of consistent management presence is evident in the poor condition of the restaurant.
Unclean Tables Throughout the Dining Area Every table inside the restaurant was dirty, making it impossible to find a clean place to sit. Chips cups and sticky surfaces were everywhere and my boys and I had to resort to cleaning my own table with napkins just to make it usable.
This level of neglect in a dining area is uncalled for, particularly for a franchise and the owner that should uphold basic cleanliness.
Unprofessional Staff Behavior The staff seemed to be disengaged, standing around and laughing amongst themselves rather than attending to customers or maintaining the restaurant. Their lack of attention was incredibly frustrating, especially given the state of the dining area. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
Cockroach at Front Reception As if the experience couldn’t get worse, a customer beside me killed a cockroach at the front reception. This was both disturbing and a serious health concern. Such a sight at the entrance raises many basic questions.

We asked for large drinks at the speaker box and pulled through to the second window with medium drinks. There was nothing that they could offer us and instead the manager that spoke to us stated that she would get into trouble and that she was unable to put it through again.
The girls at the window showed a lack of professionalism and handled the situation with very little care. They were giving each other looks and made inappropriate comments amongst themselves saying that we should go back around and laughing like it was a funny joke.
Things that were missing or incorrect in our order. no lettuce in our chicken and cheese, though it was ordered and paid for no mcchicken sauce, for the nuggets like we had asked onions on the quarter pounder even though we asked for without and it’s even stated on the grill slip they gave us all vanilla coke when we ordered different drinks. cold, soggy fries no ice in our drinks
I’ve done my time at McDonalds, and it doesn’t take much to be nice and handle the situation with a little sincerity and empathy. I understand you are under stress with the recent weather event, however, this is not an excuse to be slack with the quality of food and customer service.
I did try calling the store to give feedback but no one bothered to pick up the phone.
I’m not sure what’s going on, but this store was ignorant and show a lack of care in their work, customer service also needs improvement.
If possible, I’d like to be compensated and talk to someone higher up because this is by far the worst experience we have ever had...

3 times in the past 2 months i have had the same issue. 2 months ago i ordered a Large Hot Chocolate, on Full Cream Milk, Served Warm (i have reasons why i need it warm instead of hot). On this occasion i was given a hot chocolate so hot that i burnt my tounge severely. Now, to be fair, i called the store and informed them of this. I didn't want a refund, i just wanted them to train their staff to look closely at order notes such as "serve warm". The manager gave me a code for a free hot chocolate. Even when i redeemed the code i told them "serve warm" and again i got it hot. It was so hot my fingers hurt from just holding the cup. I informed the manager right then that the hot chocolate was way too hot and they re-made it for me.
Today, i decided to try them again. I was in the area. Again, i got a piping hot drink. I saw on the screen that it said "served warm", so i know the order taker is not at fault, but rather the coffee maker. I didn't want to hold up the lunch rush in drive through by requesting they remake it, so i decided instead to leave this review so others know that they aren't good at making hot chocolates. Not just because of the heat, but also there's little taste of chocolate in it.
UPDATE: Went again tonight. The place was filthy. The toilets were so bad that I'm afraid that any photos i post of it would be flagged. But i took 1 photo of the bin area. It is disgusting. They are obviously not hiring enough staff based on the terrible state of...
