As Far as McDonalds Restaurants go, This Oxley Store sets the bar about as low as it can go. When the Owners don't let the managers order the correct stock and then instruct staff to lie to customers and say that the Burgers, Drinks or sauces are discontinued, but you find out that they are always available at other stores. Also an uninviting restaurant area that you can't get out of quickly enough. But to top it all off is the ridiculous customer service at the registers or lack there of. Manages instruct their staff that they are not allowed to serve customers at the register and must direct them to and "teach them the self serve panel" wether they like it or not. I stood second in a line of about 8 people waiting to order as one girl persisted at the self serve panel with an older couple for about 5 minutes, people were walking out angry and when I pointed out the line up and asked if she could run them through the register as it would be a lot quicker, she said that she wasn't allowed to, I asked if she wasn't trained to and she said no her manager said that she wasn't to. The lady that was managing the store was walking around without a care in the world. I guess the standards are low from the owners down to management et al. The store has also smelt really dirty on a few occasions to the point where staff have been told about it, not to mention filthy toilets that haven't been properly cleaned or maintained, A hand dryer was broken for over 4 months and staff said they were waiting for it...
Read moreThis was the WORST takeaway that I’ve ever been to. It took more than 20 minutes to be served, and they only served a fellow customer and I after a lady waiting for her food asked if they were just going to let us be ignored. I waited more than 30 minutes for my meal, and had been given the dirtiest looks I had ever seen in my life by a blonde worker. When I finally received my meal it was cold, and everything was wrong. I had no lettuce on my Big Mac, onions on my cheeseburger when I ordered them without it, half of my drink was empty and it wasn’t even the right flavour. When I went back to get a refund on my meal, I was given even worse looks like I was in the wrong. It took just as long to be served and, they even had a worker serve themselves and walk away without serving any customers. They fixed my drink and burger, although threw my chips in the bin and didn’t replace them. My food was still cold, and look more munted than before, I will never be going back to this takeaway ever again. If you do wish to go to a McDonald’s around this area I recommend Richlands McDonald’s. The service is 100% better, as-well as the food. Hotter, faster, and more enjoyable. Unless you like your food looking worse than a dead dog, colder than your fridge, and more wrongly made than a blind, deaf and limbless person making your food. (I don’t wish to disrespect any type of people in this review, other than the workers at this particular...

Id say id go to oxley once a month to treat my son only to be met with disappointment.
When it comes to service, it's "fast" for a restaurant that looks like it is being run entirely by teenagers. The communication dependent on the person is minimal. You are told what you need to know. Minimal courtesy, just a "wait at the waiting bay" "here's your food" you'd think they were in the SAS
It definitely has the, heres the ingredients for your burger in the packaging. You just have to put it together yourself. The chips... if you wanted slightly cooked, soggy, potato sticks, this is the place. In the 2 instances I've had, both times the my 2 medium chips essentially was one. Cold, soft, under cooked, no salt. "Food safety"
If you are going to buy a drink, buy 2. One will have all the ice and the other won't.
If someone who works there is reading this, maybe just flick your head over the side and check to see how the dining tables look. I get it you guys get busy and all but if you want people to come in and eat they need space to. Tables with tray's and rubbish scattered, yes it is also the consumers responsibility to clean up after themselves. But we are paying for a service.
It's unfortunate that this review is the way it is. Growing up, I loved maccas. Hopefully it is noticed, and something will come of it."
