I used to patronise Shiki Oriental a lot more often during my uni days, but itâs been a long time between drinks since then. Good to re-connect recently with a braised pork dish and some bubur cha cha for dessert.
Noticed some placards for these items displayed on the counter, so Iâm not sure if theyâre limited time specials or they havenât gotten around to updating their regular menu yet. In any case, both hit the spot in expectation.

The food looks great but was very disappointing. Battered fish was nice, but everything else was just chewy and bland. Sweet and sour pork batter was very thick and bready. Fried rice was bland tastes like it's made with frozen veggies. Service was nice enough, and food was all hot. I won't go back here again over the other options in this food...
