Let me start by saying though the store presented well and the staff overall relatively customer orientated, I have to say that this Cafe is well and truly overpriced but at the same time I understand that centres like these charge an arm and leg for rents and so on.

The portion size needs a little work and if you say thick shake and charge $10.50 then it should be thick.

I personally ordered the BLAT and at $21 I found it over priced for what it was, the tomato was sliced super thin, the avocado was sliced a super thin and the bacon also sliced super thin. All super thin, slicing, had very minimal flavour on a brioche bun.

I think the chips were covered in paprika and though crispy and hot, it was unnecessary to add the paprika. My wife had the scrambled eggs on some sort of hard-bread probably sourdough not quite sure, not my meal, but what I could see quite easily where the eggs, overcooked and very grey and pasty looking. I think this cafe needs to look at its menu, at how things are prepared and perhaps change a few items.

I feel that plain toast should be offered on all meals instead of the wanky flavoured breads they were on offer. I look at the croissants in the counter and noticed the ham drying out on them and thought I would not pay that much for a croissant with dry ham. My wife and myself have been on a mission to find a cafe that we can visit each weekend as our regular, we have decided this is not it. Keep it simple, fresh and value for money and your cafe will always be filled.

Sometime you just want to tell the owners to go and visit a certain cafe and see what is being done right, and why they cafe is full and has endless positive reviews. But you know they will inevitably take it the wrong way, and that is due to being proud. its good in fact great to be proud but for real success you need to listen and grow from the feedback you receive.

This place does not have a ton of competition within this centre for breakfast etc so lower your prices and just your menu and this store will grow...

Have lived across the road from this cafe for 2 years and never been because the prices seem a bit steep. But this morning I was in a rush and needed a breakfast close by. I can confidently say I will never be back. Due to the prices being steep and there being no ‘small’ breakfast options on the menu I ordered the big breakfast and added 2 extra eggs for my partner and I to share. I also ordered a mug latte and asked for a small iced latte. While the mug latte was great, my small latte was a massive extravagant drink in a gigantic milkshake style glass.

When the food came out the 2 extra eggs were missing. The eggs were so undercooked that they were inedible. The potato’s were rock hard and stone cold. The mushrooms were chewy and cold. The ‘toast’ was two end pieces of bread smaller than the palm of my hand. I was unable to cut them with the butter knife provided. I asked for a side of hollandaise sauce and I was given a ramekin with about 2tsp of sauce, not enough for even one of us to enjoy. The cooked tomato was also cold and sloppy and in contrast, the bacon was burnt to a crisp and dry. The beans were also cold and tasted like vinegar.

The entire meal was a joke and after spending $45 on all this, I’m left feeling really disappointed. The staff all looked absolutely miserable also.

Fair to say I won’t be back and will be telling friends and family, ‘don’t let the busyness fool you, there is no other cafe in the village, they have a monopoly on getting a cooked...

Today we came for breakfast, my daughter ordered smashed avocado and haloumi but instead she recieved haloumi with benedict sauce on bread. We told waiter that he made a mistake and we wanted the correct breakfast. After the waiter brought back the wrong breakfast we sent back and said he wil bring avocado shortly. We waited a few minutes then the manager came over and said if you like i can bring out some avocado even though we had already agreed and we were waiting a while for it. We said just forget it. We did not get what we ordered and it was the cafes mistake. He obviously was more worried about wasting one slice of bread then making his customer happy. Not fair the customer did not get what was asked for and i overheard manager told waiter thats what she paid for while smiling in my direction, .its not what we paid for perhaps listen properly at the counter when people order.she felt sick after eating it too. We are more then happy to eat elsewhere and won't be back.manager pretends to be nice...

This was a very disappointing cafe experience. Came here on a Sunday morning and we were let down by both the food and the staff. I had to confirm my order 3 times as the person serving me spaced out. My friend was overcharged and then another server didn't see what was wrong and couldn't understand the supervisors instruction to provide a refund of the difference. I ordered a BLAT and had to send it back after receiving it with no avocado. The chips were limp and flavourless (don't be fooled by my image) and the meal was overpriced for the small bun with a piece of bacon on it. Redeeming factor was that the immunity juice that I got was good, but at $10 was quite expensive for what it was. Recommend going elsewhere for your cafe needs.
