Almost $9 for 1/4 cup of juice and a massive cup of ice. Ordered the pine-apple juice from the menu. The juice it’s self was nice but gone after a couple of sips. Customer service and value for money was not nice. Felt extremely taken advantage of. When approached about the ice/ next to no juice issue, she immediately became very defensive/ aggressive and said no one else ever complains. She then pointed out it’s an extra $1.50 for no ice option (could this be cause people have complained? 🤔) Then said this drink is designed to be sipped slowly and it’s not designed to be drank if you’re thirsty 🤨 Then changed her argument to ‘when people say it was gone in one sip’ (not us), I say ‘we are healthy’. She then questioned how much fruit we eat in one day (not her place). She said there are 2 apples, 2 strawberries and half a pine apple in this juice. We pointed out if she put those ingredients in the cup (with the left over ice) it would overflow. And there was not that much in the juice I received. It was below the line, 2 inches (ish) from the top of the cup when I received it. I could also argue it’s not up to her to say how much I can/ can’t eat. I’m sure there is more than the daily intake of sugar in many products available for purchase. I would not choose to pay $9 for 1/4 cup of juice. If it’s ‘designed to be watered down’ why not water it down and give the usual cup of juice. Or put it in a smaller cup with half the ice? Don’t give the false sense that we are purchasing a large cup of juice. Be honest and up front about the product being sold.

Bubble Tea anyone? Try this little corner store in Reading Newmarket is big in flavours and large variety to choose, it’s one of my fave bubble tea. Never disappoint me on my favorite Taro milk tea with one sugar and half ice. The owner, Cherrie is lovely and always pleasant. Come over and try it, you will be glad you did. Bubble tea makes me happy

Genuienely the best bubble tea of all time. PLEASE try the original bubble tea, the pearls are actually extraordinarily perfect omg. I never leave reviews, please understand that i’m writing this review because this place is so good that I want to give them credit where it is deserved

I’ve spent so much money at this place and when there was a missing item (didn’t receive refund for) in my delivery today, I called up and the lady on the phone was really rude and hung up on me.

I’ve been nothing but friendly to this place every time I order. I really loved getting my bubble tea from here. I was purchasing nearly every day for weeks. I won’t be going here anymore. Really such a shame.

Edit: Appreciate the reply. There’s nothing untruthful about my review. Also, you had the ability to refund me through the app when you packed my order. But you didn’t.

I can imagine you did this so Uber cops the loss. I’m having trouble getting the refund from Uber because I can’t provide proof of a missing product.

And people always lie about missing products, therefore making it very hard for genuine customers like me to have Uber trust them without evidence.

You essentially stole my money. You knew exactly what you were doing. You told me that you can’t refund/cancel a product in an Uber order when you process it, which is...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES Such a good bubble tea, but unfortunately the customer services of this bar it's absolutely terrible. It's not the first time that I was treated so poorly and still kept going because I really liked your product. But I came on the Australia day, when they were actually offering free bubble tea for a google review. I came with my LOYALTY card and my 10 stamps on and the employee working there simply refused to give me a free bubble tea because I had 2 stamps in a different card. I even offered to show my bank statement to prove that I indeed bought 10+ bubble tea and the reason why was in a separate card was because when I purchased I forgot my 1st card at home and she apart from refuse was also very rude with me. It was the last time that I come into this bar. Instead of giving free drinks for a simple review on google try also to look after your previous costumers, because your product it's very good but because of the poor service provided it's not worth...
