I stumbled on this cafe after looking for a cafe around Indooroopilly that has high reviews. The cafe is located right above Spotlight.
There definitely some reasonably priced selections on the menu although there aren't that many options.
I decided to order the Eggs Benedict with Salmon. It came out exactly how I would be able to make it at home. The Turkish bread was toasted and freshly made, so that's a bonus.
The flat white and iced coffee was also great so if you're looking for coffee, this place is a good place to start.
Staff were very friendly. Price-wise it varies considerably depending on what you are ordering and whether you want add-ons or sides.
Parking can be an issue despite the cafe being located right next to a carpark. On the weekends this place appeared quite crowded with cars.
In terms of atmosphere, the cafe looks more like a takeaway coffee shop than a restaurant cafe. This is largely due to elevantors going up and down in the middle of the cafe and you can see customers walking in and out of the rug store next door.

Read moreI don’t usually do reviews because I know everyone makes mistakes but the food I had today was really disappointing.
I had the avocado feta smash and tropical juice The juice was full of pulp, The toast was cut ridiculously thinly and the salad looked like it was ripped up and thrown together. Zero care factor looked like had gone into the food and nothing like the pics suggested online. My mum and I had the same her food was similar.
My grandmothers food came out late too and by the time it came my mum and I were finished she had to order it takeaway.
I’m used to the impeccable food and service at horizon and grind middle park didn’t expect this.
It was disappointing cause I’m a broke student and I get to have lunch out once a week and this was not worth the money I paid.
I’d like to stress that this mostly looked like the chefs wrong doing and not the...
Read moreIf I owned this cafe I would like an honest opinion, so I am offering this feedback. Yesterday I was on roster at our new art gallery there. Early morning I ordered raisin toast - the driest unpalatable I have ever eaten. Lunch I ordered a salad sandwich- no onions. All good- except I received dried out bread NO BUTTER- chunk of lettuce- spinach leaves and a few slices of tomato. Tasteless. Even the sealed cookie I had was stale. This cafe has good passing trade. And not many customers- I now know why. An opportunity wasted by lack of training and disinterested staff. So much lost business. I shall take my...
