Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 stars)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paninni's, and I can confidently say that it was an absolute gastronomic delight! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for a memorable experience. Here's why this pizza restaurant stands out from the rest:

The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The dim lighting and tasteful decor created the perfect setting for a pleasant meal. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or having a romantic evening, this place caters to all occasions.

The staff were exceptional! From the moment we were seated, we were greeted with friendly smiles and attentive service. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations.

The menu was a pizza lover's dream come true! offers a wide variety of handcrafted pizzas, each with its own unique blend of flavors. From classic Margherita to innovative gourmet creations, there was something to satisfy every palate. What's more, they catered to dietary preferences with a selection of vegan and gluten-free options, ensuring everyone could indulge in the pizza goodness.

Pizzas were nothing short of extraordinary. Each pie was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors were simply out of this world. The crust was perfectly baked - crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. Toppings were generously distributed, and the combinations were a true culinary adventure. I must say, it was love at first bite!

To complement our pizzas, we ordered a couple of their recommended drinks and a dessert. The drink menu featured an impressive selection of wines, craft beers, and creative cocktails that elevated our meal. As for the dessert, we savored a delectable tiramisu that provided a sweet and satisfying conclusion to our dining experience.

Value for Money: Considering the impeccable service, the top-notch quality of the food, and the overall ambiance, I found the prices to be more than reasonable. Offers exceptional value for money, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

In conclusion, is a haven for pizza enthusiasts, promising a culinary journey that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy. With its inviting ambiance, outstanding service, and exceptional pizza creations, it is undoubtedly a must-visit dining destination. I can't wait for my next visit Highly...

A hidden treasure indeed, ticked away in the back streets of Mt Gravatt, not far from the TAFE. My wife and I were looking for a pizza restaurant on the way home from one of the malls early on a balmy April Saturday evening. We phoned ahead, luckily, as it turned out that they were busy. They took our booking, but advised that food service might take a while. We arrived about half an hour after phoning and, sure enough, they were busy. That didn't prevent them, however, from seating us straight away (on an outside table, al fresco) and taking our order in a timely manner. Our Calamari Fritti starters arrived after about 10 minutes and our mains about 10 to 15 minutes after we'd finished our starters. I've regularly waited much longer in restaurants that were not nearly as busy. The calamari melted in the mouth. Our pizza was a wood fired Margherita and the base was just perfect. We also ordered a Puttanesca pasta which was delicious and exactly al dente. Excellent food, but don't let me stop there, as the icing on the cake was the table service. It's a long time since I've received such attentive service. My wife and I, although regular Italian food diners, were not familiar with the menu and specials, but the lady who took our orders was patient and helpful. She came back to ensure that we were happy with the food after both the starters and the mains, apologising for the 'slow service' which was not really the case, particularly given it was a Saturday night. I lost count of how many times we had our water topped up and (take note all restaurants out there) our share plates, cutlery and napkins were replaced between our starters and mains ... something that hasn't happened to me since the good old days of dining in Europe, when I was much younger, and 'Adam was a lad'. The place was absolutely buzzing with happy customers, and now, having dined there and having been made to feel like royalty, we fully understand why. A very lucky random pick after Googling 'pizza restaurant'. Can't wait to...

Had pizza there. We were in a group of 10. We originally asked for a table and were turned away and were told that the place was fully booked. ten minutes later a different person in our group went back and suddenly there was a table available, in fact there were a few, go figure.

The setting is really nice, the lighting really impressed me. The owners carefully placed lights over the tables but the rest of the place has this low light type of atmosphere. So you can see your food while being nice and cosy.

The decoration, presentation really takes you somewhere else. we all loved it! Thumbs up for that.

We were attended by who I think is the owner. Great service, courteous and seemed really interested in our needs, another thumbs up.

The waitressing staff were nice and when we complained about an incorrect drink that came to us they did not even blink, they apologized and swapped the drink for the right one straight away with no questions asked and no twisted noses. Three thumbs up!!

The pizza however was a downer. We had some 6-7 pizzas in our table. The crust on mine was charcoal black, I eat anything and everything - could not eat that crust. Others were not as bad but also burnt on top, badly.

The topping was nice. Not too much, not too little -the right amount. The dough I found nothing extraordinary, borderline normal. A bit tasteless in the end. Had similar reviews from our friends (and no, I did not complaint to the restaurant at the time, and given the first experience with the drink swap I think if I complained they would have rectified the issue of the badly burnt crust with a smile in their face)

The end result for me was that I may go back there one day, but definitely not for pizza..

Parking was easy, price was reasonable. They do not...

Nestled in a quiet corner of Mount Gravatt, this restaurant is a hidden gem, discovered only through word of mouth. The experience was exceptional, with the gnocchi standing out as the best we’ve had. Its soft, chewy texture and subtle sweetness complemented the rich Italian sausage and sauce perfectly. The gluten-free pizza also impressed, offering a deep, rich garlic flavour that was so satisfying my partner couldn’t resist finishing it in one sitting. A standout dish was the tomino cheese wrapped in prosciutto, served with fresh rocket salad. This dish has become a new obsession, and I’m now on the lookout to find this cheese in Brisbane. The prosciutto was less salty than typical varieties, and its delicate fat was beautifully balanced by the creamy baked cheese and vibrant salad. The portion sizes were ideal—not too large, nor too small—ensuring a satisfying meal without feeling overwhelmed. The restaurant’s atmosphere further enhanced the experience, with its private, intimate setting. Surrounded by dark wood and softly lit by petite candles, the environment created a relaxed and inviting space, allowing us to fully focus on the food. I highly, *highly* recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

Paninni's has a nice atmosphere, and very good service . This place is super busy, but the restaurant itself is quite small. This review is purely for the 5 pizzas we ordered, and nothing else . Yum Wood fire Pizza šŸ”„ Unfortunately our pizzas did not live up to the hype . The flavour was there, and loved the dough. Those little charred pizza bubbles and burnt crust just added another element. The crust itself had a lovely crunch around the outside, but became chewy towards the middle. Sadly there was far too much flop for woodfired pizzas. Based on previous reviews, we were expecting better quality for the $170.00 spend . There really can only be two contributing factors, one being the excessive use of cheese and ingredients towards the middle, this causing the base not to cook though properly. It could also be the fact we were order multipile pizzas soon after opening, and the bricks weren't hot enough . Either way, the pizzas were a bit of a flop . Ordinarily any pizza like that would be 1 or 2 stars āļø for that price, but any restaurant can be forgiven for missing the mark on occasion, and tonight just wasn't our night .

If you're looking for a local spot to grab some delicious pizza, then you won't want to miss Paninni's! This pizza joint has a fantastic modern interior with a great vibe, making it the perfect spot to hang out with friends and family. The friendly staff at Paninni's are always happy to help you choose the perfect pizza, and you can't go wrong with their wood-fired options. The proper wood fire cooking method gives the pizza a perfect crispy crust and a delicious smoky flavor that's hard to beat. One of the standout pizzas on the menu is the mushroom pizza with truffle. This pizza has a perfect balance of flavors that's sure to please even the most discerning pizza lover. And if you're not in the mood for pizza, the salads and pastas at Paninni's are just as good, making it a great spot for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner. Overall, Paninni's is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a great local pizza spot. The modern interior, friendly staff, and delicious food make it a must-try for anyone in the area.
