Pizza Capers Deagon — Restaurant in Brisbane City

This take away company has gone completely downhill. After a misunderstanding with a delivery driver, the staff took it upon themselves to harass and bombard their customer with phone calls, one day even adding up to 108 missed phone calls on my mobile phone, obviously which they deny (how surprising). The driver twisted and changed the truth to suit his own story so he didn't get in any trouble from his management for being careless, saying that the person who answered the door said the order had already been paid for via credit card in store and then got it delivered? The misunderstanding was cleared up a couple of days later, however we are still furious with the excessive and completely unprofessional way they handled a simple error, MADE BY ONE OF THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS, not the customer. Will never be ordering from this place again (even though we were frequent customers for years), and will urge others not to do so in the future to avoid this...

Without fail, every order, even with loyalty rewards The best local pizza to Bracken Ridge that you definitely get what you pay for. Seriously never had an issue from ordering to delivery and the quality is always spot on! They don't skimp on toppings and any modifications are added or subtracted as per your order. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

EDIT: The above is unfortunately coming into question, every order since has been debatable, regarding quality from having pineapple added that wasn't ordered to missing topping! extra toppings you pay for not being added. No response when you query it. Becoming almost as bad as the Domino's Store in Bracken Ridge Talk about a total contradiction of my initial 5 Star review.

EDIT: 23/07/18 they're redeeming themselves a little, must come down to who's working. If that's the case skip Thursday's and order on...

Unorganized, filthy, no customer service and I will never go to the Deagon store again. Even made a complaint to the head office and they did not respond (has been 5 days now so I'll go public). They did not have the drinks advertised, I ordered and listed Cash as the payment and they had no money in the till to give me change and I had to wait for 10 minutes for a manager who did not show up so I walked away with no pizza and went to Pizza Plaza just up the road. They didn't have any digital advertising on, drinks fridge missing advertised range or drinks, no chairs or tables out and they don't wear the company uniforms, just random clothes. They just don't care. If they don't care for the business they don't care...
