Manila Grill Brisbane is a hidden gem that offers an authentic Filipino dining experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. The staff and fellow patrons made our birthday celebration truly special, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The pork belly strips at Manila Grill are a culinary masterpiece. Each tender strip boasts a perfect balance of melt-in-your-mouth fat and crispy, caramelized skin. The flavors are a delightful blend of savory and slightly sweet, leaving me longing for more.
The bao buns at Manila Grill are a must-try. Soft and fluffy, they encase mouthwatering fillings that burst with flavor. From traditional pork belly to irresistible lechon kawali, each bite is a delightful fusion of taste and texture.
For a taste of Filipino comfort food, their sweet spaghetti is a winner. The sauce strikes a perfect balance between tangy and sweet, embracing the al dente noodles. Topped with savory ground meat and grated cheese, it's a delicious medley of flavors that transports you to the heart of Filipino cuisine.
Overall, Manila Grill offers an unforgettable dining experience. The exceptional service, friendly staff make it a must-visit destination. Whether you're a fan of Filipino cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, Manila Grill is a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love their food when theyāre in the Carseldine markets thatās why we wanted to try out their restaurant. Unfortunately we got super disappointed. Half of the food options werenāt available. We were the first ones to arrive there for dinner and we waited for 40mins for our food to arrive. If we knew it would take this long, we couldāve ordered before we arrived or went somewhere else instead. Our order was taken first but the couple on the other table got their meals first who ordered after us.
We ordered garlic rice. Lol. Not even sure why they called it that, there was just a TINY amount of fried garlic on top. The maryland chicken was small and to top it off, it was super burnt (so disappointed coz I was looking forward to this).
We really want to support filo restaurants but unfortunately we are 100% not coming back..(2 stars coz their crispy pata and lumpia tasted great)

I canāt reply so iām editing my own review. Hi, I was talking about the couple who ordered after us, not the one with the big table. Nevertheless, you shouldāve served our meals first as we were already there, waiting. With the garlic rice, the waitress/server said āgarlic riceā so yeah, thatās what we were hoping to get.
We will still support you in the markets, just not the resto,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWaste of money. Service is bad, food is horrible. Rice is wet and sticky and other dishes were bland. Lady behind the counter's somehow shrewish and keeps telling everyone they're busy when more than half of the tables were unoccupied. For almost $5 per stick, you'd expect the grilled intestine to be of decent size but my forefinger is longer! If you want to smell like grilled meat due to smoke that fills the restaurant and hurt your eyes, this place is for you. Otherwise, spend your money somewhere else.
In response to the owner, we were there second weekend of Feb and I am fully aware of the the process to prepare it. Been to other Filo restaurants in Qld and NSW that offers isaw and it's extremely way better than what was served on your restaurant that day. Good thing you rectified the issue about the smoke because it was a nightmare for us who waited for one of the dishes we ordered but your staff forgot to key it in your system and we're basically waiting for nothing. The issues raised doesn't directly involve being under staffed. It was the quality of food and attitude of the staff. I used to enjoy your food at the Carseldine and Nundah markets but it has obviously...
