Red Rooster Deagon — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Shocking level of customer service. I was distracted because I'm a disability support worker and the girl I look after was upset so I accidentally missed the first window and went straight to the next. I apologised for missing the first window and tried to laugh it off because I was stressed and because there was no one else waiting anyway (in store or in drive through) I was greeted by a young blonde girl about early twenties who acted as if I had personally offended her by missing the first window.

She first glared at me and then didn't speak, didn't make eye contact and didn't even say thank you or ANYTHING when she handed me the food. I had to say thank you to her! I get it guys I've worked minimum wage jobs but I'm sorry you can't get away with such a careless attitude. What kind of message does this send to customers. I will not...

Pity there was no zero. Order stuffed up (seems that is usual). The "Manager" said they would have my daughters meal ready when I drove back for it and he would contact the 'big Manager' while I was driving over to see how they would reimburse me for my time and petrol to return for the rest of the order but instead he tried to hide around the back and get the girl assistant to apologise and give me a $2.50 dessert. Seriously, badly run, time wasting, rude, incompetent and disgraceful. He lied to me and made me drive all the way there just to have my daughter wait even longer for her dinner and then not compensate me... I got my money back (wow). Another person in the line said they had missed something in their order a week earlier..... Such a pity for an iconic Australian company to have good food but extremely...

This place was very busy...& it wasn't even the lunch time rush. The problem here is a shortage of staff...not enough people...especially since they have to serve customers at the front counter, as well as the drive through & the online orders. The place looked clean & tidy...but the tables & chairs were sticky...probably because they don't have time to clean...because they're short staffed! One guy must've been waiting a while & said to me...I hope you've got 2 hours....in the end he ended up leaving with just his salad...& then his meal showed up about 3 minutes later. Another lady walked out after she got her order, saying.....the service here sucks...not a very...
