Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Ordered a vegetarian pizza with half pineapple and half no pineapple. Order repeated back. When delivered opened box and whole thing covered in pineapple. Delivery guy had left so phoned direct to Nundah outlet. Man who answered seemed annoyed that we had ring direct. Said maybe the order did not print properly so hadn't seen request. Was not prepared to make any compensation for the fact that only one of the two of us could eat the meal. Hung up on me. POOR service. This is only the second time I've used Pizza Hutt delivery. Once in January in Southport. Both times I found the ordering system troublesome. I'm pretty good at annunciation english - it'sy first language- and on both instances the system could not understand the suburb name...heard Southport as Sandgate..(???) and Hendra as Sandra. Very frustrating. Either The Philipino order taker tonight was very polite but failed to take the order correctly even after assuring me there would only be pineapple on one half...OR...the cook was too lazy to fulfil the order....

Just realized I had never ordered from Pizza Hut so decided it was time to give them a shot. And I must say it was a really pleasant experience. I ordered a Butcher’s Block on original Pan and Surf & Turf on Thin and crispy with 2 diet cokes delivered. I specifically loved the Butcher’s Block and thought it was out of this planet. The crust was fluffy and soft and the meats were amazingly juicy and saucy and not dry at all. The cheese was still stringy when I pulled up a slice. That’s how fresh the pizza still was when I got it. The Surf and Turf on the other hand was okay but not impressive. I did love the fact that the crust was still crispy and the prawns tasted fresh as well. The pizzas were delivered pretty fast after I had placed the order. All in all it was a great experience and will order more often from them since they have awesome deals now. 2 large pizzas with 2 sides for $29.9 pick-up or $5 more for delivery. And I can now say I personally prefer Pizza Hut...

We have been buying Pizzas from this and have often complained about the product quality and the attitude of the manager.

Pizzas are generally overcooked and esp for us since we buy thin crust pizzas they never get it right. We ignored the issue for a couple of times until we went to the store , ordered the pizza and politely asked the manager to ensure pizza is not overcooked and cheesy spud bites are not burnt. To this the manage became extremely defensive and advised us that he cannot promise and he can never get it wrong as they deliver almost 200 Pizzas a day. This sounds very arrogant and rude and not concerned at all.

We still gave him another chance hoping it will be better but it was the same at which we had no option but to refuse the order.

Instead of being apologetic, caring and helping us on our needs he was not sorry but he was excited to take the pizza back.

Seems he was never interested to work and help us.

We will never visit...
