Ordered 2 pizzas. One has not enough topping and other pizza cheese was overflowing the cheese river. Phoned the store, a staff said, there is nothing wrong with pizzas and she does not know what I was talking about. Went back to the shop. The shop manager said nothing wrong with pizzas. He took the pizzas back and agreed to make pizzas again. Staff and manager started talking in the back kitchen saying "its not our fault, its her fault" and other customers heard it too. It was so disrespectful. I have never heard staff talk about a customer like that. Refused to refund. Left the shop without pizzas and without refund. Staff has no customer dealing skills. Zero professional manners. ADDIT: Owner of the store phoned next day to resolve this matter. Amazed that how sincerely he resolved it. Pizzas were delivered to us by evening. Added pictures of improved service. I am so convinced that they got back to us to resolve the issue with highly professional manner. Even my 7 years old daughter said " mumma we got the pizzas what we order all the time". Thanking the owner to resolve this...

Waited 40 minutes for them to be delivered (which is fine), only to be met with a delivery guy who said absolutely nothing to me; he handed me the items and ran to his car. After bringing them inside, I open one of the pizza’s only to find 3 pieces missing (with grease marks on the box, signifying a full pizza was once there). I called customer service who then put me through to the Forest Lake store which is who I ordered through. I spoke to the manager who was extremely dismissive, saying she was on the cutting table all night and she hasn’t sent out any half pizzas (after I told her it was in tact at some stage). After explaining the situation 3 times, she abruptly informed me that she would call the delivery man and ask what’s happened - and would call me back. I texted her a photo of the pizza and relevant details. Needless to say that was the last I’ve heard from her since.

Read moreOrdered 4 pizzas and 4 sides for pick up. The app said it would be ready in 15mins I turned up to the store at the 20min mark. After waiting for 20 minutes one of the staff members told me they were still waiting for 1 of my pizzas. So 3 pizzas chips and garlic bread were sitting in the hot box. I waited a further 20mins for my 1 pizza to complete the meal but in the mean time was told I didn't have an order, no apology, all the workers just having a jolly old time. It wasn't as bad as another guy who came into the store because he had waited 2 hrs for his delivery to arrive...their response was "we're not Dominos" I get if stores are understaffed etc but the attitude of these staff members was disgraceful. I went home with my cold chips and 3 x luke warm pizzas and 1 hot pizza it was a great...
