I guess you learn a lot about the owners commitment from their response when something goes wrong. I have been ordering from the Pizza Hut Darra store for years now and have witnessed a noticeable decline in service quality as the franchise has changed hands. Yesterday (31/12/21) I ordered their creamy chicken alfredo (something I frequently order from them) for pickup and when I collected and brought it home I noticed it was something else entirely (lasagna I believe). I called the store to advise them of this mistake and they asked me to bring that product back and they would replace it with the correct order in about 10-15 mins. I returned to the store with the lasagna and they handed me the alfredo. When I brought it home again (about some 50 mins from my first order) it turned out the alfredo was frozen inside. I rang up the store again and felt like my calling was an inconvenience to them. They said they could deliver another one to my place in 10-15 mins which is inaccurate as it would take them at least 10 mins to heat up and depending on availability of the driver another 10-15 mins minimum to deliver. Their response was "what can we do...?". Without at any point in time offering a refund for an inedible product (to date I have paid for a product that couldn't be eaten without a refund). Read moreSuper oily, took 7 minutes for them to answer only to get hung up on after I had ordered. Rang back again took just as long. Food was awful. Pizzas were mainly sauce bearly enough toppings to be considered pizza. Wish I could get delivery from another store but I have tried and the others won't. So disappointingly These guys are the worst!!!

Order that was supposed to take 30 mins took an hour with no heads up, called the Darra store multiple time with no answer, waited on phone 20 minutes at one point. I checked and refreshed the tracking, which at one point said 'enjoy your order' like it was delivered already.
Because we don't live to far my husband left to get a refund but the driver arrived after he left. So really frustrating. We had three kids aswell that were up waiting. The driver was very kind and extremely apologetic. Sadly the pizzas while still hot were too oily, it was really hard to enjoy them. Over all an $80 order that was placed at 5:49 with the ETA 6:15 arriving at 6:50 is pretty average with no contact.

Read moreNot a bad place for fast food, but yeah people ordering from a fast food restaurant need to realise it's going to be exactly that "fast food". With that said I think the staff could also take some notes. Everytime I order pizzas from here the pizzas aren't even cut properly. I am not sure why some pieces are giant while others are tiny, my personal preference is that everything should be cut evenly and equal slices but that is just what I would do if I worked there. Sometimes toppings are missing as well.
The customer service here is average at best sometimes leaning into rude territory. Staff here always look annoyed when talking with customers. We can see all the garbage in the back of the kitchen and towels lying everywhere.
