Your subway is the worst I have never had a store that is always out of meat balls!! I don’t even bother to come into Darra because of this. I normally just go to Richlands or Oxley but stupid me today decided surely they can’t be out of meat balls at 1:30pm so went into Darra and today again no meatballs it’s 1:30pm!!!! and I need two foot-longs they couldn’t even make one let alone two. I asked the girl to put them in the microwave rather then waiting for a whole new batch… many stores will do this .. but not Darra they said no the boss says we only cook 2 batches per day one for lunch and one for dinner they must cook the smallest batches ever as I have coming in the evening and no meatballs.
This subway is subpar and the staff have no customer service they must sit around on there phones not bothering to actually run the store.. as it is always empty and they never have all the things ready.. So many times no cookies, no meatballs, no breads. Or if you are lucky to get a meatball they are old and dry… the person who owns this store needs to Be onsite monitoring there staff… it’s sad because subway is like the only take away we have at monier if they got there store sorted locals...
Read moreJust like to mention the manager today was too busy on a FaceTime call whilst holding her vape under her phone to help the two trainees at the front. The shop was full with customers and took me 25min to order my meal. The trainees are not competent with making the sandwiches even with wrapping the subs. I assume this is due to the managers inability to care or assist with her fellow colleges.
After the eftpos machine apparently broke. A sign was placed on the door as “cash only” until then manager said to another customer that she fixed the machine and has forgotten to take down the sign. Then after serving that customer she proceeded to hide behind the wall and let the trainees tragically make a sandwich or two. I left paying with card and the sign was still up.
Suggest having a discussion with the current manager about how to serve customers especially at peak demand time (lunch). Or look at hiring a new one who can properly manage a store and its customers.
This is not the first time I have been disappointed with this store, unfortunately today’s behaviour was enough for me to feel obliged to write...
Read moremost of the staff is fantastic , sadly one girl wrecks it for most people with sub standard service , food prep is shocking , most times the sub has to be remade when we get home and its a lucky day if the sub is not cut in such a manner that it makes it impossible to eat drowned in sauce and the topping are more outside the sub then inside , we have politely asked her to modify these things , but her arrogance impedes and feed back , would estimate we have thrown out well over $200 worth of subs in the last 6 months...
