Rabbit & Co Cafe — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Disappointing experience. Waited for about one hour for the food which when it arrived, was poorly presented and wasn’t worth the price.

We arrived and ordered pretty succinctly as a table, and proceeded to watch as Uber Eats drivers were getting priority over seated guests. (Throughout the one hour wait time)

While we waited we managed to see tables that arrived after us get served before us, including dishes that we’d ordered.

Additionally the seating was cramped and at our 4 person table we had to seat someone at the end of the table rather than 2 across because the table behind us had someone sitting at it, making us unable to pull out the 4th chair.

Once we received our food it was alright but was not worth the avg. $23 that our table spent for each of them, especially when there wasn’t anything extra or special compared to other restaurants to warrant the +$4 price to each of the items. Some of the items on the menu that were lower than $20 such as the granola bowl, seemed more like price baiting as you might as well pay $2 or $3 more and get something ‘more substantial or nicer’. (One of the comments at our table went along the lines of ‘if I’m going to pay that much for a granola bowl I might as well get something a bit nicer’).

Coffee was average, might’ve enjoyed it more with the meal rather than 40 minutes before it.

Because it’s tucked in a suburban area, it has a relaxed and community-friendly feel that you don’t always get in the busier parts of Brisbane. Parking is usually straightforward, making it easy to drop by. Locals clearly love it for both its great coffee and its welcoming atmosphere, and it’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to whenever you’re in the mood for something simple...

We are absolutely over the moon with the incredible catering provided for our wedding! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to create not only stunningly beautiful dishes but also incredibly delicious ones. Every bite was a perfect balance of flavor, and we were especially impressed by how they expertly catered to all dietary needs—our guests with various restrictions were so impressed by the options available.

The grazing table was a visual masterpiece, filled with fresh, vibrant ingredients that were as tasty as they were gorgeous. And the desserts—wow! They were the perfect sweet ending to the evening, with guests raving that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We received so many compliments on the food throughout the night, and it truly made our celebration that much more memorable.
