Very bland Viet food. Would not recommend. Thank you for your response, however the Bun Bo Hue was a long way off being authentic. I have travelled Vietnam many times from North to South and eaten this dish in Hue. Your version was a tasteless bowl of watery stock and the meat chewy without any sides of herbs/fresh chilli etc. The Peking duck pancakes were terrible and I mentioned that to you but you just said ok will tell the chef. The pancake was raw and tasted of flour and the duck was 3 tiny slices of a frozen product. Two pre rolled pancakes for $13.I dine out at least 5 times a week and have worked in the industry all my life so know when effort and love has been put into a dish. I give credit when its due and always pay the bill regardless of whether it is below par but as a food lover of all cuisines I post feedback to help fellow foodies not have bad experiences. Its easy to promote a business through social media these days but only the ones that deliver survive....

We’ve been going to the Saigon Salad Roll in the Student One Building on Adelaide St for years, so we were thrilled to come across the new Coorparoo restaurant today! It’s hard to impress everyone with their diverse taste palettes, but this place blew us away. If we could give it 10 stars, we absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service was incredibly fast, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The prices are very reasonable, but what truly stood out was the freshness and flavors of the dishes. We ordered Dim sims, Combination Pho, Vegetarian Spring Roll Vermicelli Noodle Salad, Roast Pork Banh Mi, Grilled Pork Banh Mi & Duck Rice Paper Rolls— and we devoured all of it! 😍 Everyone at the table was so happy, and we kept commenting on how much variety the menu offers. I also loved the many vegetarian options! Everything was practically perfect. This restaurant is a real gem—classic, delicious, and amazing value for money. We’ll...

Our friends went there for a dinner on Tuesday night and was a normal working day, it was pretty relaxed and amazing atmosphere. The owner of the restaurant Jimmy or James is extremely friendly and greet all his customers. The food is fantastic and extremely fresh. At our place we eat less salt and less oil this is the exact Saigon salad restaurant can offer. The food is fantastic and amazing. The price is reasonably they have one takeaway outlet in the city at Adelaide and wharf street under Student One accommodation. If you have few friends and would like dinning and sit around this is the place to go. They have outside dinning area so have plenty space to move around. If you have a big party preorder earlier so they can cater for you. Definitely to try it-:) show this article the boss might give you a special gift -:) GOOD...

My friend recommended that I try Saigon Salad Roll, and since I hadn’t been here before, I decided to give it a shot. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the fantastic service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. My friend suggested the spicy beef noodle soup, but since I’m not a big fan of soups, the staff recommended the dried egg noodles with grilled beef instead—and it absolutely blew my mind! It was a perfect, delicious combination of fresh vegetables, noodles, and tender beef tossed together in a savory homemade sauce. I love that it’s a healthy dinner option, and the best part is that you can easily customize it with other meats like grilled chicken or BBQ pork. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

I’m not usually one to complain but this is hands down the worst Bahn mi I have ever had. I ordered the crispy chicken Bahn mi and it was so dry and chewy I literally couldn’t eat it. The bread was good but there was hardly any salad or sauce. I know Vietnamese iced coffees are supposed to be sweet but the one I got was just ridiculously sweet even after I added more milk at home. They forgot one of my items (mixed entree) and I didn’t notice till I got home. I was the only customer there which makes it even more disappointing that items were forgotten. I had to call back and ask for a $10 credit for next time I visit but honestly I won’t be coming back again.
