Very bland Viet food. Would not recommend. Thank you for your response, however the Bun Bo Hue was a long way off being authentic. I have travelled Vietnam many times from North to South and eaten this dish in Hue. Your version was a tasteless bowl of watery stock and the meat chewy without any sides of herbs/fresh chilli etc. The Peking duck pancakes were terrible and I mentioned that to you but you just said ok will tell the chef. Read moreWe’ve been going to the Saigon Salad Roll in the Student One Building on Adelaide St for years, so we were thrilled to come across the new Coorparoo restaurant today! It’s hard to impress everyone with their diverse taste palettes, but this place blew us away. If we could give it 10 stars, we absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service was incredibly fast, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The prices are very reasonable, but what truly stood out was the freshness and flavors of the dishes. We ordered Dim sims, Combination Pho, Vegetarian Spring Roll Vermicelli Noodle Salad, Roast Pork Banh Mi, Grilled Pork Banh Mi & Duck Rice Paper Rolls— and we devoured all of it! 😍 Everyone at the table was so happy, and we kept commenting on how much variety the menu offers. I also loved the many vegetarian options! Everything was practically perfect. This restaurant is a real gem—classic, delicious, and amazing value for money. We’ll...
