Seoulful Chicken — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Been there twice, first time got a chicken burger which was OK but not great, though to myself that I must have made the wrong choice from the menu because this place has a high rating on Google. Retuned with my wife and the food was terrible, wouldn't give it to an animal bad. Fried rice was baked so the rice was hard, asked the server if this was normal and she said yes, chicken wings overcooked with a coating that was too tough, cheese chicken that has what looks like dried powder stuff that doesn't taste like cheese, though it would come with melted or cheese sauce. As you can see we tried a lot of the menu even the fish sticks, all where so bad we could hardly eat anything and we left most of it. $80 thrown down the drain, although the beer was good and my wife enjoyed the cocktail. The staff saw that we left all the food but didn't even ask how everything was, also no smiles from any of the staff. If you're happy with bad tasting food, save your money and go to the big Mc burger joint. Two hours after the food and still got a bad taste in my mouth.

What an absolutely terrible response from the owner to lie and call me a bad customer instead of just listening to my honest review. I was not rude to you or any staff member as you where the only person to serve me, you can also see people smiling even when wearing a mask. If this is your business and you treat customers like this, well good luck at keeping your business. Google reviews are for honest feedback so people can make an informed decision, if you want good feedback just lift your game but please don't try and lie to discredit the reviewer....

Don't get it why this restaurant has high reviews. Ummm....I went here twice. First time ordered whole chicken with 2 different types one of legs was under cooked. Chef said it's ok to eat ???? What kind of answer is that??? Another time ordered same thing on Wed. Different garnish the chef forgot to put some sliced chilli on the top and chicken was cold. Umm ...... It was lunch time. Do you precook chicken ?? How hard could be deep-frying chicken by an order?? And friedrice was horrible. Too crunch and super oily. Just think about before you are going here it's not worth it.

Here is some more explanation. First time was on Sunday lunch. Ordered whole chicken with 2 types. One was spicy and the other one was snow cheese. This time spaicy Chicken had slied chilli on the top as garnish.

Second time was on wed lunch. Ordered whole chicken one spicy flavour the other signiture. No chilli as garnish and chicken was warm. The lady who was seeving she was alone and busy. You can ask her if someone asked about uncooked chicken leg. Fried rice came out 10Minutes after we received whole chicken. Fried rice was so crunchy and dried. What explanation do...

This could be the best Korean fried chicken in Brisbane. The chicken was very tender , it could have had a little more crunch. The flavours of the garlic soy were well balanced - not over powering like some others. The signature had a good mix of mayo and mustard. The French fries were very good and a nice change from the crisps you usually get with Korean fried chicken at other places like MOMO and Crunch K. I still think Momo is very good, however, the sauces at momo are stronger ,but the chicken is crunchier. The one issue was that the chicken did take a little long to come out of the kitchen and it wasn't that busy. I highly recommend this place... the best in the Northside for sure, probably better than MomO chicken. Unfortunately it doesn't have other dishes like the Korean pancake or okonomikyai like crunch K. But the chicken is definitely better than crunch K (by a country mile). They do however have noodle dishes with chicken etc... they also do...
