Donât bother coming here if you have any kind of dietary requirement as cross contamination doesnât seem to be a concern. I came here for lunch recently and it took 15 minutes to get served with only 2 people ahead of me, and the staff were very sloppy making the subs. Every single salad box behind the glass had mixes of random pieces of onion, tomato, olives, you name it. Cheese was mixed in with every box etc. Iâm not vegan but this kind of thing definitely effects people who have those preferences. I do, however, have an mild allergy to onion so I was very disappointed to find several pieces of it on my sub from it being mixed in with all the other salads.
I understand they were busy, and I understand sometimes cross contamination is unavoidable in a place like Subway, however there was very little care taken and even though my allergy is mild, I prefer not to have to throw my entire lunch out.
The staff were also rather unfriendly, aside from the female (supervisor I think) who was doing her best but I could tell she was struggling with the workload. I do not blame her at all as she was lovely, but something needs to be fixed as this is my first negative experience at...
   Read moreNot too surprised to come here and see a rating under 4 for this store. I ordered online, was told by the app it would take 20mins which seemed long but ok. I arrived after about 25 minutes and they hadn't even made it. When I told them I was here she then saw the ticket up in front of the prep stations and started making it. So clearly they forgot. The 3 girls then stopped and had a quick chat while I waited and when I asked why the delay they rattled off excuses like high schoolers trying to explain to a teacher why they didn't do their homework. And it wasn't too surprising how good they were at this because they were all barely old enough to work. And I felt a bit bad about that. The "manager" made the same excuses the first girl did "oh the order only just came in 5 mins ago" was the main excuse. It's technology not carrier pigeon, you had the order up in a clip. You forgot to make it. Anyway, ultimately if you're wondering why a 6 inch sub only costs $5 it's cos they're employing under trained, unsympathetic kids who really don't care that much.    Read moreI have never got treated so bad from a worker serving me and my girlfriend we went in to order a couple of subs and and the indian lady who serving us ask me what I wanted I said 2 seconds please because I was still thinking what I wanted Then she yelling at me saying we close in 30 minutes you need to hurry up I said to her don't talk to us like that It's still 8.30 the shop closes at 9 so what's the problem and i said do not talk to your customers like that we don't need to take this from you you're still getting paid so she start going back at me so I walked out of the shop because I didn't want to get treated like that She started to yell at my girlfriend start throwing stuff around the back and slamming all the food yelling to get out to my girlfriend I will never come back here that workers should get talk to and lose her job đ¤ I'm calling this place up and talking to the manager tomorrow because...
