I hate to leave a poor review but want to let the business know in hopes of rectifying! Have been customers since the cafe first opened and visit every weekend for 3 or 4 coffees for family. For the last few months I’ve noticed the service has taken a hit. Our orders constantly have gotten mixed up/mislabelled, and we constantly only get 1 stamp on our loyalty card despite buying several coffees. On the few times we’ve brought it up, I’ve either had a really sour response or staff have said insisted they already did it. If it’s a new rule of one star per order that’s totally fine, but best to either update what’s written on the card/ let us know in a more pleasant way. The staff assured me that there were no nuts in the bowl without the granola, so I opted to leave it off. However, on my very first bite, I discovered an almond in the bowl. Read moreI have been endeavouring to make it to the Sula Juice Bar in Carina for months after hearing about the opening from the new owners. I finally made it for a catch up with a friend last week. My order for coffee, a smoothie and a tasty delight from the sweet cabinet were all absolutely scrumptious! Even my friend savoured her coffee and sweet treat.
