Few months ago, my husband and I ordered a couple of warm dishes and none of them tasted good. I barely could eat it. About a month ago, I was in a hurry and I thought to give it another try. I ordered 2 sushi rolls: one salmon and the other one was tuna avocado. The salmon roll was not testing good. I could tell that was something wrong with the salmon. So, I jumped into the tuna roll. The rice tasted terrible like the roll was sitting there for more than a day. The shop was kind of quiet, so I got up and went to the counter and called the sushi person on the side (to not make a scene of course) and explained her that the sushi rolls tasted a bit unusual. The girl turned to the other two people behind the counter and started to talk very loud to each other in Japanese. They were all laughing aloud like my comment was an absurd. She turned back to me and said... "ok..." with a cynical expression. Just for the record, I eat Japanese food at least 2 to 3 times a week in different places, so I know how a good sushi taste.
