Ube Queen — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Customer service is not good which affected my experience with Ube Queen but the cupcakes were nice. Bought cupcakes 27/12 and the staff member working was not friendly. My wife and I tried to buy cupcakes but the girl working was trying to get the attention of other teens nearby so we had to wait for her to notice us when we were standing right in front of her. Then when we chose our cupcakes the only thing she said to us the entire interaction was “tap here” and then rapidly slid our cupcakes across the counter so she could go back to whatever she was doing. I never write reviews but we were surprised how unpleasant this worker was after having great customer service all day...

Today I visited the UbeQueen bakery stop at chermside and I was incredibly happy with not only the service but the gorgeous and delicious products i bought. I was offered samples of the ube brownies and crinkles and I loved everything. I was so happy to see a bakery with such a diverse range of flavours not commonly offered in generic bakeries and I will be sure to buy from Ubequeen in future. As a lover of ube and pandan I cant recommend these guys enough, everything looked and tasted beautiful and if i hadnt eaten nearly everything almost immediately i would have posted photos....
