Zarraffa's Coffee Richlands — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Zarraffa's offers what most large franchises do: a product of consistent quality with a certain standard for the level of service you receive. With that said, it also attracts the typically higher costs and a slight compromise on personality.

There are some wonderful staff members at Zarraffa's Richlands who make the trip for a morning coffee even better. People who remember your name, show genuine interest when serving you, but can still work at a fast pace. Others are more concerned with simply getting you in and out as quick as possible, but as I said, that's the compromise you make with larger franchises.

The prices are justifiable for a product that never disappoints. The drive-through is a godsend on busy mornings, and the atmosphere and facilities inside are sufficient for getting work done or taking a break on your slower days. Note that there's no outlets for charging electronic...

This morning i came into the drive through, the line was pretty long so i had to split into two lanes. This other driver was beside me she knew i was there and when i went to take my spot in the line she drove quickly to take my spot. She then continued to stop at the paying window. This girl obviously worked there and was chatting to her co workers whilst not on shift. meanwhile the line was all the way out to the car park. She then went onto the next window, i saw her drinks got handed out and yet she put her car in park and was hanging outside her window laughing and chatting to the people working. I work at a fast food restaurant as a manger and i would be so disgusted if one of my employees was standing there having a chat while there were 15 other cars. Absolutely disgusting, tell your co workers to just go inside if they want to have a chat, your getting paid to stand...

One of the BEST coffee places to visit 🙌 😃 So I was a Starbucks fan for many years but now I’m definitely a ZARRAFFA’S FAN! Since moving from NZ to Australia Zarraffa’s Coffee Richlands have certainly converted me and with the help of my daughter Hayley of course who introduced me to this wonderful establishment!

Where to start not only you will receive a warm heart filled welcome (through the drive through & inside the store the ladies genuinely care as I had trouble with my Zarraffa’s card and they helped me through this where I felt like they could have easily told me to call the head-office but didn’t. Today I was given 2 breakfast roles and they were delicious 🤩 thank you. The customer service, food & Coffee is always a 10 out of 10 every time I visit.
