Silvers Bistro — Restaurant in Broken Hill

We had a great meal here at Silvers last night, the food was excellent & the staff were wonderful, particularly Bec & Katrina. My husband & I had great conversations with them both, they were engaging, caring & helpful. During our meal it troubled me to witness other guests rudeness towards them. Bec & Katrina are professional & delightful human beings, helping us choose take away desserts because we wanted to get out of there, while these rude people just complained about whatever they could think of ..... What a find in Broken Hill NSW, called into the pub the Junction Hotel for a quick beer after our wanderings, found they had a fine dining restaurant. In our sightseeing gear T shirt shorts hiking shoes etc. Had a fabulous meal went for the curries, goat and fish. Amazing food great ambience Pro Hart paintings around the walls good service and a fine wine list. Cannot recommend it...

Broken Hill for all it’s wonders was sadly lacking restaurants that were open. Probably due to lack of staff due to ongoing COVID. This restaurant was open both nights of our stay.
