Spargos Kitchen — Restaurant in Broken Hill

It is hit and miss and hit and miss is no longer good enough. Had too many delivery issues and the food quality is not consistant. For some reason it seems as though they intermittently use very cheap pizza bases and alternative products. The lack of consistency is no longer good enough. I have been supporting this business since its inception and will not be taking any more chances that it may or may not be a good night for them. Its very disappointing because Ive occasionally had what I consider some of the best pizza I've had from this business but the negative experiences have unfortunately far outwayed the positive. Our most recent contact was appalling. I can make my own better at home and will no longer be ordering...

I ordered mine and paid,my partner ordered just after me. Mine was ready in 10 min and we sat there waiting for my partners. They come out 30 minutes later to say the did the order wrong and they will make the correct order for my partner. While waiting we could hear faul language coming from kitchen. We asked them to keep my pizza warm while we wait, we thought they did. We heard more language referring to maybe us or the staff. Finally after an hour from ordering we got out pizzas. Mine was stone cold, as we walked out, I let them know we will never come back and how disappointing it is to hear how they perform and run business...pizza had more pineapple that ham. And so thin... Happy to go back to...

Rang to order pizza. Girl answered, giggling and as I tried to place the order she kept giggling and kept asking me to repeat the order. I gave up, told the girl not to worry about the order, then terminated the call. I ordered from another pizza establishment. Not long after that I received a call from another girl, I think it was another, not 100% sure saying she would not tolerate my being rude to her staff over the phone. I explained that it was indeed the girl who needed to be spoken to regarding being rude. I am still amazed by the situation. Would hazard that this pizza place need to train...
