This place seriously blew me away. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the great energy — warm, welcoming, and genuinely special. The staff are next level: friendly, attentive, and you can tell they really care about what they do.

The vibe inside is classy but relaxed, with beautiful little touches everywhere — even the restroom felt thoughtfully designed.

We had been looking forward to a lovely dinner at Salt Bush when we left Melbourne for Broken Hill. We were most impressed by the quality of meals which were exemplary and perfect in just every way. What we didnt expected was the lack of conversation from the staff Who were only inclined to make conversation about what would like to order and taking out payment for $166 meal? There was no personality at all? We could’ve at least expected a “How’s your day?” “Or How was your meal?” Nothing….but taking our order as if we were at a fast food restaurant. Sure the food is good but please let the staff at least add a little bit of personality to the experience for us. We had a special evening plant after a busy day exploring Broken Hill and we would’ve purchased coffee and desert. If only...
