Great club, good food. We liked the special menu lunch special $8.50 Thurs Frid and Sat. We liked the mixed grill one night too. As a visitor my husband played bowls with the team at the club and we being fully self contained were able to camp at the club too. Great idea we could have a meal and a couple of drinks both of us and not have to worry about driving anywhere. As the club allows camping for self contained travellers. The area was grassy and very reasonably priced for people not requiring much. Nice and quiet too. Well done Bulahdelah Bowling Club we will be telling our travelling friends and we will be back. Bulahdelah township really looks after us travelling nomads well. We spread our spending around the town loved the Gourmet Pies and ended up staying 6 days in the town and found plenty to do. Walked along the river, chatted to locals, admired houseboats, spotted lots kangaroos behind the golf club and drove out to Grandis Tree and did the walk up to the top of Alum Mountain and loved it all. Thank you Bulahdelah Bowling Club for great service and friendly staff and helping make lovely memories of our stay in Bulahdelah before moving on to...

Pizza was nice but when everyone else’s food was ready the pizza hadn’t even been made and had to wait...
Read moreWe were on the road, and wanted to support the towns we were going through, so decided to camp at the bowling club and eat at the bistro. All good and people nice until…. My wife had ordered the pork chop with gravy on the side. When she went to pick it up, it had gravy all over it. When she questioned this, the chef said that was how it was ordered “but I’ll wash it off under the tap if you want…” He then admitted that it had been ordered on the side- he hadn’t read it, but no apology, just rudeness. There is no excuse to treat anyone like that....
