I used to be a loyal customer for the coffee until today. I ordered iced coffee with oat milk. Then I noticed it had a scoop of ice cream I don't eat because it's dairy. When I approached them, the owner/manager with a foreign accent said he was running a business, and blamed me for not knowing ice coffee is different than ice latte. He gave me an attitude saying I paid more but it's my fault I don't know the difference, and every café has the same iced latte and ice coffee, which I disagreed with, and told him this expectation towards the customer is ridiculous. I noticed the menu behind the coffee cups only after I complained to him even though I was looking for it earlier. This money difference is very small and doesn't matter. However, this cafe should work on a more polite/ hospitable attitude, and price transparency (the menu indoor did not indicate the price difference between these 2 either). Small thing that makes your experience bad is this stubborn and blaming attitude, even if the coffee was ok. The person I talked to didn't care I wouldn't be back because of their rude attitude.
The kids that are making coffee are nice though, and the coffee is good so it's sad one person ruined the relationship I had...
Read moreAwful service, awful food. A "chunky steak" pie that was full of goop and one piece of steak, the service staff who knew nothing of the pies contents, the kitchen staff who became defensive and rude when I showed them the meatless content of the pie itself, saying they saw me eat the meat out of the pie, which was in fact true: the one cube I found was what I ate first before combing through the gluggy insides hoping for more. Despite me arriving at 4:25pm and the cafe closing at 5pm, I was told I would have to take away the meal, but there were other customers who walked in at the same time as me and were seated. A total waste of time and money, and also just plain unpleasant: the delusional staff member who couldn't see the evidence in front of him, choosing instead to accuse me of eating all the imaginary meat out of his food really rounded this...

The service is exceptionally friendly, providing a truly warm and welcoming experience. Stopping at Nerson’s also allows you to enjoy Bungendore’s countryside charm, with nearby shops and the vibrant Sunday market adding to the experience. Unfortunately, I missed capturing proper photos to share the experience visually—my apologies for that! Highly...
