There was a tasteless textureless vegeburger with salad in a bun that at least had some beetroot for flavour, even though there was egg and cheese, these were also tasteless. And I ordered a fish fillet burger which turned out to contain two crumbed Quorn patties - a vat grown fungal protein manufactured in and imported from the UK that could charitably be called Mock Fish. I could see this at first glance and the lack of any taste and texture confirmed their identity. There was some lettuce and some tasteless tomato and a splodge of tartare. What topped off the whole trip was the cafe experience with the hospitality, quality of fresh food plus explanation where the food came from.
