Domino's Pizza Byford — Restaurant in Byford

Jeeeeeesus Christ. This place is sinking hard! Started out really well and I don’t know what’s gone wrong but it’s beyond a joke now. Well and truly time for a franchisee change.

The store is known for its sub par quality, wrong ingredients or ingredients missing all together, pizzas never being cut correctly and shocking wait times for both pick up and delivery, oh and customer service is non existent.

If you’re a fan of spring onion on selected pizzas, forget about it, this store doesn’t add that, and will give you a filthy look when you request it and they have to walk to the fridge to get a shaker tin of old gross pieces.

If you like the garlic butter sauce on your ‘the lot’ pizza, forget about it, this store consistently ‘forgets’ to add that too.

Today we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides for delivery, with an estimated drop off between 7.18pm and 7.38pm, at 7.48pm the items showed as ready at the store, so I called to speak to someone….even that was a failure, after waiting for 5 minutes and listening to the horrendously annoying voice over tell me about the disgusting donut pizza, the call terminated (auto cuts off after 5 minutes).

So I called AGAIN, waited AGAIN, and after the girl on the phone misspelled my address 4 times, I asked to speak with the manager.

I spoke to Elliott who politely apologized and said the order would be sent out within 5-10mins and I requested instead that it be cancelled and I be refunded.

Elliott advised that they were experiencing a busy evening, which I would expect given it’s a Friday. Here’s some advice for free, STOP taking orders if your ability to fulfill them is no longer there! You’ll happily take the money upfront but then offer s__t house service thereafter, Don Meij would be having a fit seeing this state of affairs.

Oh and here’s the best bit, 15 minutes after the order was cancelled over the phone, a delivery driver arrived to deliver the order…..what?

Obviously I wasn’t home as I had driven to PIZZA HUT for better service.

This is bad Dominos…..very bad. I no longer have the hots for what’s in the box with the dots. Pizza Hut, you have some...

Normally Dominos byford are just above mediocre. This evening they plummeted below that dismal standard. Ordering pizza on the way home so it could be deliver just after we settled ourselves seemed like a time saving way to do it- plus it meant the little mouths waiting to be fed we’re happy. The pizzas were set to arrive at 7:36. Close to this time, the time changed to 7:56. Confused, the store was called and we discussed what was happening, with them telling us it would be easier if we picked it up After telling them that this would not be convenient for us they told us that it was coming out of the oven and should be there in 10 minutes. Sure enough 7 minutes later the gps tracker told us that the delivery driver was on his way. After watching this driver go in circles for ten minutes I set out in my car to see if I could intercept him and see what was going on. Not long after I set off, my passenger got a call saying the driver had disappeared off the gps. Now, more annoyed than confused - I decided to just drive to dominos myself. I was met with more confusion in store as no one knew what was going on. And there is seemingly no connection between the instore workers and the delivery drivers. We eventually got our pizzas made following another 15 minute in store wait. Now an entire hour and a half after the initial order we can go feed hungry family. And even after all of this the pizzas are once again, less...

Ordered a half-and-half pizza one half was supposed to be supreme and the other half was chicken and bacon, The supreme half was supposed to have no bacon which to my surprise had bacon. It also had barbecue sauce on the base. I don’t eat barbecue sauce. It also had no capsicum on it, so we rang up Domino’s Byford and told them they had got it wrong. The night manager who was quite smug and rude Continue to tell us that we had removed quite a few things, I know that I removed quite a few things. I don’t eat bacon, I don’t eat ground beef, I didn’t want The spinach all the spring onions so I know what I ordered but this half of the supreme as I said came with barbecue sauce and bacon and no Capsicum The smug night manager didn’t want to help didn’t want to remake the pizza Didn’t want to give us a refund. Didn’t want to do anything. She proceeded to tell us that that was correct, Also told us next time we should order a whole pizza instead of half-and-half, why offer half-and-half if you can’t read the instructions, I have the receipt. I know exactly what I ordered Absolutely disgusting service you should be ashamed of yourself dominoes and for hiring such an incompetent manager who clearly can’t read is disgusting, We had to drive down there for her to do nothing after it was a delivered order.
