Looking fwd to my dinner 7/4/2024…but, the child (her words and excuse for not being able to do her job correctly) didn’t read my order properly even when asked if she had the correct quantities. When I had to return to get the correct items I just got arguments that they weren’t on the order and then that I couldn’t talk to a child like that (I was frustrated. I may have been loud and short and queried her ability to read. But was in no way abusive). I usually love zamberos , however the Byford store always disappoints. Ordered on the app to save time. When I arrived to pick up my order there was no other customers in the store and she hadn’t even started my order. I get the gluten free wrap for my burritos, however at the Byford store they never leave it toasting long enough, leaving the wrap to crumble and fall apart instead of being soft and stretchy. This is only ever an issue for me at the Byford store and everywhere else they seem to leave it in long enough. She didn’t add the extra sauce I paid for either and wrapped it with minimal effort, bearly even closed the ends and then said “you might need a few napkins”. Excuse me ? absolutely disgusted with my order, i’m guessing because it was close to closing time so they wanted to rush everything and get it done. they slapped together all our food, the taco was cold and had basically nothing inside, the quesadillas were slapped together and sloppy and messy when we opened it with also next to nothing inside. i also order a BIG burrito, and received a miniature burrito, not even an average medium burrito, this thing was like the size of my palm. as i ordered it through uber eats i wasn’t there in person to say anything but obviously once i had gotton my food and opened it the store was closed so i could not call up and complain. i really need my money back this is pathetic. $60 for slopped together, cold, soggy food and ripped off sizing. not happy don’t buy from...
