Truly the worst pizza I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting. Honestly, I read the bad reviews and thought, “How bad could it be?” Turns out, very. Catastrophically bad. Like, “food crime” levels of bad.
We ordered online and turned up 30 minutes later, only to be told our order didn’t exist. Magically, after a bit of button-mashing, it suddenly appeared. Hocus pocus! Then came another 15-minute wait so they could slap together a rushed, half-baked monstrosity that somehow managed to be both soggy and dry in different parts. Impressive, if this were a science experiment.
We ordered the “Super Supreme” (which sounds like it should come with at least some dignity), but ended up with slices that were literally just cheese. Cheese. On dough. I’ve had more toppings on a frozen pizza from the servo.
The owner? Thought it was hilarious. Actually laughed when we raised the issues. Mate, if you’re going to run a restaurant like it’s a joke, at least make the punchline edible.
Oh, and hygiene? Watching them make dough bare-handed while the floor looked like a biology project sealed the deal. I’m not even mad anymore—just mildly horrified.

Ordered a pizza with a gluten free base on uber eats to then get a call 10 minutes later saying they didnt have any gluten free bases and was given the option to choose another base (gluten free so cant exactly do that) or have my uber eats driver bring me a cash refund given i cancel the order on my end. When I asked to speak to manager was told they had just left and then later was admitted to me that they apparently werent in at all today. The lady also had barely able to understand english over the phone making the whole thing even more confusing. Was hung up on three times and ignored when voicing concerns over the phone she would just stop responding then I would say “excuse me” or “hello” and shed then reply but not to what I was actually saying. They refused to cancel on their end saying I had to deal with uber myself to get a refund. Ended up going without linch all together as by the time I was hung up on for the third time it was well past 2pm. Do not buy from here unless you want to be lied to and ignored by the terrible and disgusting...
Read moreOrdered a big family meal. Get a text saying it has been delivered but there was no pizzas at the door. We ring the store and they keep telling us to look outside, check our neighbours etc. Eventually we get redelivered, an hour plus after ordering.
I go to take the kids to school this morning and see my order pizzas drinks side's etc sitting on the letterbox of house number 1. The house clearly says number one and my house clearly has our number and street address.
This is not good enough! Your drivers need to knock and hand the order to the person at the correct house address.
The manager was acting like we were trying a scam, even though we order from from here every few weeks. Also if you mess a customer around, a coupon for % off next order or even an extra side thrown in goes a long way to maintaining a customer.
I hope you deduct $60 from your driver's pay to cover your end. As this order will no doubt be strewn around the neighbourhood once the winds pick up today.
The worst part is now we are going to have to switch...
