Pho Street Cairns — Restaurant in Cairns City

Poor kitchen management, poor customer service, poor attitude. We waited for 20 minutes for 2 BBQ pork buns also the costumersssssssss who are behind us had got their food(our tickets number is 72 and the costumers who got their food were already up to 78) so we finally asked for refund.

We asked them how long we had to wait further but the reply to us was absolutely so rude, one of their lady who is the arounder said ‘it is only 18 minutes’ and other lady who is the register said ‘we have different chefs‘ and then one of the cook who works at wok position said ‘if you keeping asking, we will call the security’.

See, there is how they serve their customers. I will never go to the restaurant like that, it doesn’t matter what the food taste. At least you should have basic customer service common sense.

So if someone want to have better service and good food, just walk less than 50 Meters far away from this restaurant, there is another good Vietnamese restaurant where I have had two days already and it is called Pho Viet Vietnamese Noodle Bar, they are so busy every night but serve the food in quality, maintain the standard, and food can serve within the normal timing ,and this restaurant is amazing so I definitely get back there next time if I visit Cains again but not this suck restaurant calls Pho...

Don’t patronise a business that is so derogatory to anybody, let alone their own!! Notice who are leaving the positive reviews. Being a non-Asian and watching from afar, it is shameful how racist this woman is to other Asians. I have heard of this phenomenon but this is the first time I have witnessed it for myself. It’s almost like a Jekyll & Hyde reaction ……. just shameful!! The food is ok, not bad but nothing special. The next time I go there I’ll be taking a video of this appalling behaviour and shaming her. As if she doesn’t have enough to be ashamed of already……. you’ll see what I mean when you see this woman! Just gawk at her don’t support...

Prawn & pork rice paper rolls were delicious but the sauce was sweet & didn't match the flavour profiles to compliment. The pork in the rolls was exceptional! Unfortunately they were soo busy they forgot our rolls and we had to chase them up. We also had 2 bowls of combination meat n veg dish with sweet chilli sauce. It was ok, the meat was tough, too many veg it was overloaded with flavours & confused. The ingredients were fresh though and the portion size for the price was very generous. Polite service though.
