So to begin, me made reservations and when we showed up we’re not greeted and when I gave them our name they sat us in a dark corner when they weren’t busy, not the biggest deal but they just handed me a menu and pointed to the corner and said “you’re over there”.

We weren’t told where to order or anything. A staff member came and took our order on a tablet and when I asked how to order something else if we decided to, she said to flag her down (that did not work)

We weren’t given cutlery and had to find people to ask, often the first person asked never returned and we had to find someone else. Our food got cold by the time we were given utensils. Our burgers came about 20 minutes after our side we ordered came out and my burger was cold. I didn’t want to say anything as we had already went through a lot of asking just to get the one side we ordered right and something to eat it with. We were pretty much ready to leave before our burgers even came out. The food was okay but really wasn’t much special about it other than the cool names and outrageous sounding toppings.

The staff and the person I’m assuming was the manager or owner were just standing around and talking to each other, not checking on tables or anything. Not once did I see any staff check on any tables. Extremely poor customer service. On top of all that it was extremely hot and there was a ceiling fan caked with dust to the point it was stringing off the blades, I noticed and as someone in customer service myself, that was alarming and honestly gross. I had been told by many people not to waste my time or money by going here, honestly that’s the advice I would give to anyone on the fence...
