Mighty Moes Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Colac

How the Mighty have fallen. Told 25mins and my order would be ready to pick up, during an awkward call to what I thought was a professional business but was answered by someone with little to no idea of why they were answering the ringing phone. I had to remind them, me customer you pizza shop, I order please.

25mins later at the store, I find out that i beat my order to the register as it hadn't even made it beyond the register to the kitchen to inform them that a pizza will be required and someone is on the way for said pizza. 🤦‍♂️

Luckily🙄 I had a spare 30mins to wait (apparently), as the new owner had stopped in on his way back to Santa's workshop🎅 Although he did leave his magical pixie bell slippers out in the centre of the shop floor for all to admire, it was probably not a wise OH&S choice to be in a commercial kitchen setting bare foot. Although his feet maybe impervious to kitchen mishaps. Only Santa would know.

He was probably only slightly less clueless than the clueless teenager that I coaxed into taking my order awkwardly over the phone.☎️ While I watched the performance🍿 of the blind leading the blind attempting to place said order (from 1hr previous) into the seemingly foreign technology aka cash register I pondered whether my life choice of pizza for dinner was a wise 1. 🤔

So I must say this entire ordeal that we had not anticipated could arise from simply wanting to order an Italian staple(pizza) made me reconsider ever returning to this circus of clowns and there magical slippers.🩰

Big thumbs down all round. Poor effort for people that have full capacity of all limbs and facilities. Half a brain in that store, would a very lonely half thats for sure

Orded 4 pizza's had to wait as only 3 made so had to wait another 15min for the fifth one. Supreme Pizza was tasteless but chunky, the small Hawaiian was OK, and the half and half Supreme / Aussie tasteless and bland, But the pepperoni Pizza was good. The staff were nice and under a lot of pressure as they were so short staff, only two people were working and the phone didn't stop. The management are at fault for this post and need to have a good look at them self, if you are going to be one of the only places open make sure you have the staff to Cater for the influx of people looking for something to eat. But one thing is thank you for opening not like the other places, shame on them, just like every year Colac closes its doors on the big weekends so travellers have no places to go, have a coffee, lunch, or dinner, except McDonald's and KFC and the noodle box but it was full as two buses were...

Pizza did not arrive yesterday (Boxing Day) by time stated. Could not contact Moa's by phone at 7.30 to see whete Pizza was. Drove to store shut at 7.50pm still not answering phone. States it closes at 8pm. Bought tea elsewhere. Pizzas turned up at Nephews 1.5hours after delivery time stated. We had all eaten and gone home. Pizza for other family unable to attend Pizza arrived at 10pm. 4 hours after ordered. That's for wrecking my anniversary in memory of my deceased hubby. First chance to see family in 5 years and we end up with pizzas that no one wants asxwe had to go to Domino's to eat. Over $100 spent on foid delivered...
