Subway — Restaurant in Colac

I've been coming here regularly for a few years, as its close to my works. But in the recent months I've noticed a dramatic difference in both customer service and food quality with new staff / management. Staff aren't as happy and welcoming, food meat is often cold as the previous staff used to microwave the steak/chicken and toast the bread separately. Now the new staff just throw the cold meat on top of the bread and put it in the bread toaster to save time i am assuming. I've often had to reheat the chicken when I get back to my work site. If this type of service keeps occurring, you'll have one less frequent customer. I come in 1-2 days per week. Orxer 24 hours in advance for pick up. Got to store o e on ipad orher standing at cohnter. Lady walnwd in bwhi d me. I was asked what I would like. Ask to pick up oder left and paid for day before. Told to eait as I was early. Yes I was early 10.44am for 11am pick up. Watched as they threw the 2 platters together. Then made the excuse they wete short staffed and stated they only got the order a few minutes earlier. Which was wrong. If short staffed ahy was irher girl sitti g on ioad - I thought ti myself. I am absolutely disgusted with the way staff can so bluntly disrespect customers. I had placed an order online when I got to the store it hadn’t been made yet but I politely waited in line told the server my order was the online order she then huffed slammed down the paper and a knife and angrily told another staff member to come and help her.( I ordered 2 6inch subs).
