Kettle & Seed — Restaurant in Cooma

I'm exceptionally suspicious of reviews on the internet- this joint had 31 reviews, all positive, which generally means that they have 31 friends and family to pump the stats.

Still, having not been to Cooma in years, I asked Google where the best coffee here was.

I was not disappointed, my triple shot latte had 3 shots in it and tasted great: snowy mountains coffee beans are delicious.

I've knocked one star off because apparently a standard large coffee only comes with one shot- this is blasphemy in my book!!!

Still and all: good bet...

I wasn't going to write this review, but then I had coffee at a place down the street.

$12 for a latte in a mug and slice of banana bread. I could stomach the high price if the coffee and banana bread lived up to it, but it fell miles short. Toasted banana bread was stone cold in the centre and latte looked like it was put through a milkshake machine.

Until your staff know how to texture milk, I would keep them away from the coffee machine.

Nice coffee, I had a long black. Reasonable price $4 for a large long black. Others charge $5. So thank you. Nice staff. Indoor and outdoor area, the outdoor area is on the street, still good, two tables each accommodates 4 people, plus a couple of high chairs. Thank you....
