Food is frequently missing from takeaway orders at this restaurant.

Tonight a burger was missing. Called restaurant who claim they have photographic evidence of two burgers in the bag which was then sealed. They suggest Uber driver must have taken it.

Now this bag arrived to us also sealed. Stapled, with no fresh staple holes. So how did the Uber driver remove it?

The photo obviously doesn’t prove the burger remained in the bag before the bag was sealed.

We have many orders delivered by Uber, with many different drivers, and this issue seems to be peculiar to this one restaurant.

Have been going hear since it opened, food is good but very expensive for what you get. Was there today 14/01/2025 ,was delt with very bad from the staff iput a order in and the eptos machine was playing up told to pay when order was ready sat there for 20 minutes waiting for order others got there's not me complained then go mine and about 8 chips in both bucket of chips and other the order I ask for was told by the male staff member if not happy don't come back. What a disappointing meal we had tonight. My family came to grab a late dinner at 7.30pm. We have ordered Pollito on many occasions but tonight missed the mark big time. The tenderloins were so dry (inside and out), my son and I could hardly swallow them. The sauce was non-existent. Our chips were soggy and cold; no doubt because they were cooked at least 10 mins before we received the rest of our order. Perhaps a bit less fiddling with the sound system, singing, dancing and chattering among the staff and we may have enjoyed a meal reminiscent of those we’ve had...
