Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment — the beef was actually spoiled and had a sour, off taste, and the rice was poorly cooked, still half-raw like it had only been half-steamed. That experience already made me hesitate to come back.
But this year, I thought I’d give them another chance, hoping things had improved. Sadly, it didn’t get any better. I ordered the rice noodles this time, and they were breaking apart as soon as I picked them up — clearly undercooked. On top of that, the bowl was mostly just tofu skin, barely any proper ingredients. It really wasn’t worth it.

I ordered what should have been a pretty simple dish, eggplant, but it was soaked in heavy grease made from god-knows-what, and I now have a belly ache that won't go away. The hygiene practices were even worse. The one wait person, probably a student, cleared a table while grabbing dirty napkins and such, and the next second used the same hands, without washing or wiping them, to bring out the dishes. I really hesitated to eat my food but paid attention to what part of my bowl he touched so that I could avoid touching that myself. He also did not wipe down the tables that he cleared, including ours, he just left the small scraps on the table for the next customer. So I don't know if I'm hurting because of the awful food or the even worse...
