By far the most disrespectful staff ever.
Long story short: The staff have no training regarding how to behave towards customers.
Long story in detail: Yesterday, my girlfriend and I kindly approached the showcase where there was another lady who had just finished ordering. We kindly greeted the woman working there, just saying a sincere "hi." Nothing else but just "hi." Her response was, "WAIT!" She was serving the other lady, and we were trying to decide what to buy. Then she came to receive our order and said, "What do you want?" We said, "One baba ganoush," and asked each other what else we would want to taste. She stared at us angrily, closed the showcase in anger, and returned to the counter. My girlfriend said to me, "Let's not buy anything from here."
I went to the cashier guy and said to him, "Is that woman always so disrespectful?" I explained to him what she had done. He told me he was not the manager and couldn't do anything about this.
The woman, hearing my complaint, asked me what happened. I said, what is the point of closing the showcase in our face angrily? Are you always so disrespectful? "Teach me how to be respectful," she said instead of saying something like, "Sorry, did I do something wrong to offend you? If you felt so, that was not my intention; there must have been a misunderstanding between us." Then I said, "No, you are the most disrespectful person I have seen in this country. You are a lost cause." She responded, "You are angry because I am not a slave." Are you being real? Seriously? So, you are going to behave towards customers who did literally nothing wrong to you in anger?
What are we? Are we some beggars? Are we in need of your help? You work there to serve people. If you don't like what you do, then quit. We are among the kindest people you can ever see. However, that does not mean we tolerate disrespect. We respect every single person on this planet and deserve to receive it back.
She is a manipulator and a liar as well. She pretended I didn't want to wait. I asked the lady who had just left, "Sorry, did I do anything wrong to you, lady?" She responded, "No."
Watch the security cameras. We didn't even approach the counter place where the payment is accepted, which proves her false accusation is just a lie. After my girlfriend said, "Let's NOT buy anything from here," I went to the guy who was in the middle of the store, assuming he would have some manners and know how to deal with crises. He didn't do anything but laugh as if there was something funny. If that was the case, if it was us who didn't want to wait (which is a lie), why did you come behind the showcase and open it asking us ''what do you want''?
There are some kinder ways to ask people, one example of which is ''what would you like''?
No one did/ would have blamed you for accepting the lady's payment for her order. You just should have said something like, "Sorry, one moment, please." instead of closing the showcase angrily. (The lady probably had checked something else after ordering something in the showcase.'') How dare you give us orders like "wait"? Where are your manners? Have you not learned anything so far regarding how to talk to people kindly?
Closed the showcase angrily without saying a single word. We hadn't even queued up. We were already behind the lady who had just ordered, so why would we cause a problem for that?
Lastly, the same woman said to me, "You are angry because I am not a slave."
She is pathetic, disrespectful, a liar, and...
