I normally go here to purchase sausages and fresh meats. Since the business has been sold, the service and overall running of the business has gone down hill. I purchased prosciutto and some sopressa salami on the weekend. My salami was cut with the plastic still on and just piled up on the paper without being neatly laid on the sheet of plastic. When I opened my prosciutto, it was all piled up on top of each slice with no plastic in between and looked like a mess!! I couldn’t even fix it as it was just completely stuck together! Absolutely fantastic food. It is very authentic and full of flavour. I ordered the large mixed grill and I couldn't finish. I suggest you share that plate. The kids had eggs and toast. The Cupavi dish was great as well, I highly recommend it. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating to all our needs with no complaints at all, and we were a bit difficult with 4 kids. Honestly so disappointed with the Euro since the owners changed. I come by the store once a fortnight and there is always only one staff member running the entire shop, there are lines during peak periods and insane waiting times for a cafe. Very unprofessional service and you need to have more service staff if you want to retain your customers. Would not recommend coming here and I feel sorry for the lady who always serves...
