I was there this morning to try your donut....unfortunate i ended up going at the back of your entrance ...a lady was there cooking donut ..i tried to ask her about the donut that she was making ....but she was suddenly angry at me and replied me not to touch the donuts ...and asked to to go away.....I ended by having good food near by but the lady made my week end really worst....I have been working at hospitality since 8yrs never ever found some one raciest like her .....worst hospitality at canberra ....never going to...

Terrible customer service. Bought a packet of mini cinnamon donutsand I ate one when I realised they were incrediable stale. When I return to the store 30 seconds later and asked for some fresher one. The lady just stated that they were made this morning and that she wouldn’t make me anymore. Never going back...

Had to leave before I got my milkshake because I ran out of time at my break. Told the employee not to worry about it and went back to work. A few minutes later she shows up at my place of work with the milkshake. Way to go above and beyond with customer service, made my day....
