Worst customer service. The lady over the counter which i think is the manager is the most arrogant and rude lady l have ever met with. I ordered a Japanese curry from them and they served me the driest curry ever which just had the rice and chicken with a pinch of sauce which made it hard for me not only to digest but even to devour it. I literally had a stomach ache after consuming it. The other day they served the curry with Arborio rice which is used to make risottos. Once i asked her to put a bit of extra sauce, she looked fiercly at me and tried to extort money from me for the extra curry by yelling at me. Went on a family trip and had to choose something to eat out of the 10 odd options around the centre. I oredered a black pepper beef noodle box. The lady who served me seemed quite unpleasant, and was quite rude. When i had placed my order it took about 15 mintes for me to get my food. This may not seem bad, however the chef had cooked it and it was placed in the middle of a bench within eye shot, sitting there getting cold! Today, I placed an order but received the incorrect food. As I tried to explain the specifics of my order, I encountered a lady who was quite rude. She claimed they had never carried the item I requested before, despite my frequent visits and consistent orders. Another lady attempted to intervene and clarify, but the first lady, who I later learned was the owner, abruptly dismissed her and said " Let her Go" Vivian simply does not care about customers .
