Sharetea Canberra Outlet — Restaurant in District of Canberra Central

Extremely disappointed with the two staff that served us at the Canberra outlet location. We ordered a pearl milk tea with 50% sugar and lychee jelly. The drink tasted straight up like water and milk. No flavour WhatsApp ever. After having about 20% of the drink we thought why waste our money and not enjoy the drink we need to go speak to the employee. We spoke to the employee and the employee said “ok what do you want” we said the drink taste like water no taste and we would like a refund. Then he proceeded to give us a refund after which conveniently for him the eftpos stopped working. He then proceeded to say that he can’t give a refund as we have had a couple of sips. Then we asked for another drink made, to which he agreed. It is absolutely disgusting. They spilt the milk from our original drink and proceeded to use the bubbles and lychee jelly from it to make a new drink and gave it to us. The female staff has got such an attitude and pretends she’s running a charity. So disappointing. Second drink tastes the same. Just so tasteless! Maybe it’s not the drink, the unprofessional untrained staff who is not educated how to...

If I could give no stars I would.

Every time I go to SHARETEA, I always ask for less ice & 30% sugar and it’s always the perfect balance.

BUT… when I go to SHARETEA in Canberra outlet centre it taste like there’s 100% sugar.

19/08/22 - I was served by a lady with blue hair, and I simply requested 30% sugar and try not to make it sweet. I ordered honeydew milk tea. The drink tasted like warm and there was 4 table spoons of sugar syrup.

I went back and asked to please re make it as it was too sweet, the man with his rude attitude turned and said “you can just get your money back” which I didn’t want. I asked again and said “no, could you just please remake it”, he continued to grab the eftpos machine and pushed in front of me to tap for a refund.

I asked to speak to someone else as he was being so rude and he said “NO, get your refund and leave”

All the other staffs that have served me before at this particular share tea have been very friendly, this one staff...

I clearly asked them to put "No Ice" in my drink, but still they added pieces of ice and I thought it was by mistake. I went to the staff again to simply just ask them, but they all jumped on me at once. They were giving me excuses like No Ice doesn't mean no Ice, we have to add Ice. I explained them I'm having sore throat and the drink is seal packed, if they could change it. But they clearly refused. And one girl was rudlely denying on my face that there's no ice in it. How disgusting service you are providing! You don't accept your mistakes. How rude! I have to give that drink to...
