Wish I could give this 0 stars, but sadly not an option. Had a good impression at the start and we were all quite hungry. We ordered the food, as well as some drinks and wine. The seats were filthy and there were crumbs all over them. Food arrived decently fast, but we were still waiting for the wine. Took a bite into the burger, almost broke my teeth. The traditional bun was hard as a rock... We bite into it and it was a below average burger, nothing special. We soon realized why the seats had crumbs all over them, the burger was so messy and everytime we took a bite, a landslide of crumbs flew out in every possible direction. After about 20 minutes waiting for the wine and when we had already almost finished the burgers, we called the waitress over to check, the waitress was extremely unprofessional and I doubt she was even listening. She said ‘kay’ and walked away, couldn’t even be bothered getting it for us and just walked around brushing her hair and wandering around. Then had to go up to the counter and ask once again, only then did they actually go out back and get it for us. By then we had already finished. People all around us had been waiting for a good 30 minutes and hadn’t even gotten a single thing, all while the same waitress was wandering around brushing her hair and pretending to work by pushing in chairs, etc. all while people were waiting to be seated. We got out of there ASAP and had to go to another restaurant as we weren’t even full from the meal. When we left, other people were also looking around waiting 40 minutes for their meals, advise everyone to STAY AWAY and go...

Visiting from QLD and asked if you have the same movie discount deal that comes with a cinema ticket. The first staff wasn’t sure so grabbed someone else. The next staff came over and said ‘so what did you want to order?’. We said ‘oh sorry we just asked if you have a partnership with the cinema here where we get a cheap movie ticket?’. The staff said ‘yeah so what do you want to get’. We then kept trying to ask questions about the movie offer because we just wanted to know the price and when we had to use the ticket. The staff was so rude the entire time and sighed multiple times during the interaction. We were very nice and apologetic as we didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. I then asked ‘are we able to just see the movie ticket (as you receive one in QLD with the meal and it comes with the movie info and ts&cs on it) so we can read the info?’ to which the staff member huffed and rolled their eyes again so I said ‘don’t worry about it you're very clearly in a bad mood have a good night’. The staff then tried to call us back but why would we want to dine somewhere where a simple question could not even be answered or where our kindness was met with hostility and aggravation. Glad we don’t live in Canberra and this isn’t our local. Edit to add - it was the staff with the septum ring who had the bad attitude and there were no other customers...

Four of us visited this place for an evening meal and ordered the family bundle, which included four burgers, chips, and drinks. We asked if we could swap the standard drinks for their summer coolers, but unfortunately, this wasn’t allowed. Instead, we took four bottles of water and ordered three summer coolers separately, which increased the cost.

At the time of ordering, we clearly requested all four burgers to be the vegetarian Garden Goodness variety. However, when our food arrived, all the burgers were different. As I do eat non-veg, I quickly noticed the mistake and alerted my group before anyone started eating. We called the staff, who apologized and replaced the burgers with the correct vegetarian ones.

Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers was disappointing—they were burnt, and the chips were overly crispy and oily.

This was the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this branch. I hope things improve in the future and that customers are served with care and good food.
